I'm 15.
I come from the great state of Georgia.

I'm a Christian.
I've been a mod since...well, I don't remember the exact date, but it was some time in 2004.
I've been a fan of Tolkien for a few years now (thanks to my mom, who made me read the books )
My favorite characters from the books/movies are Glorfindel, Elrond, and Eowyn.
Besides my obsession with Tolkien, I also love Star Wars, Pride and Prejudice, Eragon, The Princess Bride (movie and book), Phantom of the Opera, and classic rock music (YAY FOR QUEEN!:)).
I'm a teenage girl who doesn't like talking on the phone or shopping.
I have a fear of ocean-life due to a traumatic IMAX experience when I was about 7.
I went to Israel when I was 12.
I'm going back this summer.
I love making graphics with PSP.
Emoticons are my friends (see my lil emoticon in my siggy? *girn*).
Some call me "Comma Girl" or "Mistress of Commas" (heh..long story).
I have a dog (border collie) named Pixie.
People at school call me a hobbit because I'm shorter than most of them (about 5'2").
I've come to love J-Rock (thanks Kit and Rumi!).
Literature is a passion of mine.
I'm currently listening to "Wishing You Were Somehow Here Again" from Phantom of the Opera.
I'm in the chorus at my high school.

I have a LotR website, Shelob's Lair, but it's more of a cobweb than a website now. Yes. Cobweb, spiders, Shelob. Lool. (As to why I say Lool, same reason that I say Denmarkish and Americanish instead of Danish and English, same reason that I go around saying Araina the Elf and then dying laughing. Don't ask. Well. Ask Miremiel.) I also have weird nicknames for people, such as Mim for Miremiel, Tev for Arwen, Ein for Nienor, etc. I love my weird nicknames. I have to go think some up for all the mods. *wanders off in search of nicknames*

My name is Taryn, but folks around here call me Giddy. I have no idea how I came up with my sn, must've been on a sugar-high I don't have an evilishy mod name. *pouts* I'll be 16 on August 26th.
I've been a part of A-U.com for a looooooooooong time.. but I haven't been around lately ever since the "member-boom".

I was born in Toronto, Ontario and currently residing in the Middle of Nowhere, Ontario. I hate my school and failing a couple classes at the moment.. which is not good since exams are coming up. gahh! SCHOOL, I SHALL GET MY REVENGE! *shakes fist violently*

I am very lazy, and the Queen of Procrastination.

I'm an absolute animal lover! I have 14 pets at the moment.. and a ton of crickets and other feeder insects (yumm) hehe

I love anything fantasy! I've been a LotR-addict ever since I can remember. I love to read Dragonlance and things of that sort.. OH! I also like to draw, and make web graphics, yay!

Hello I... am Miremiel. Or Mire if you wish. Actually, I have many nicknames, so you can call me whichever you prefer.

I have been on AU for... years. Wow, that's soon two and a half years now. But no one seems to remember when I became a mod... not even myself. Bad memory, bad.

Well. I read FotR for the first time right before the movie came out. I thought it was great, but very difficult to get through, too. I probably was nine or ten at that time. I then saw the movies, and after a while, I began reading it again, then the Hobbit and finally, the Silmarillion. I'm thinking on starting reading LotR when I get out of school for vacation. wh00t.

Ehm... I'm the Queen of the Tupoes and I love llamas. And I'm a Christian.

I listen to lotsa different music... Mostly Enya (Enya rocsk!) and different kinds of rock (Not heavy). And classical music, of course. Go Howard Shore!

I have a lovely doggie, Dyenka. She's mine... my own. My... *shifty eyes* Precioussss.

Oh yes, I love reading... Awesome invention.

But you'll see me hanging around occasionally, and maybe *gasp* posting once in a great while -- the unseen but potent presence (hehe). As some of the oldie mods know, I have a special "in" at A-U, which is why I'm a moderator; it's not the norm for someone with only one post to become a mod. Let's see here heres my story first and foremost....

Well after a long stressful 8 months, I have been unbanned. I did nothing wrong but after appearing on the forums one day I was mysteriously banned from everything.

From the deductions I can gather It was walker.... ahem
But I did not give up but tried e-mailing old mods,changing my IP address through my ISP, and other methods. But neither of them worked until I got an email about a week ago asking me to come back and why I had disapeared so suddenly. I explained the situation and am now back to stay.
