Quote: TheSwordofNankar... The name sounds familiar... and I have recently seen this person around. Is he/she a moderator, is he/she active? Used to be, popped up last year again, and has disappeared once more.
Any other questions?

I wonder why he/she chose to return just to be lost again...
Other questions...? Well, I know this has been asked before, but it's now a while back and much might have changed; how many of the moderators are currently active and around A-U?
*glances at Ivreniel's sig*
Welcome back by the way!

I think most of us are randomly active and around. Or at least I am. I can usually get on every day, but not for very long. O cruel RL

Well.... new question... what do you like the most about A-U... and I think it might have been asked before.. so maybe I should change it slightly to be more like, what part of the forum or what part of the general A-U site do you like the most?

I like the comaraderie amongst us A-Uers, it makes me happy to be part of something so great. Hmm, the best part of the forum.....Well, I really can't pick my favorite spot....

Also, if you want to know what mod to contact for certain issues, we've got a rotating schedule started, so check out this list every weekend to find out who's availible to serve you this upcoming week: http://www.arwen-undomiel.com/forum/vie ... hp?t=11695

Oh, what part? It's all depending by my mood. Sometimes it's the LotR section, sometimes Life Outside LotR, sometimes clubs. Other times I enjoy looking through the links folks post in World Wide Web.

Ooo can I ask a question? Since you've all answered what part of the forum you like the most, I'd like to know what part of the forum you like the least... or interests you the least?

Great idea!! Since we can't expect you all to be here all the time, it's good to know who is around, when we need you. Also the moderator account seemed to be a little abandoned over summer... But this is nice!

HA! That, my dear Ea et al, is because those who checked the account were away where there wasn't internet access and the others forgot it. Yeah, just imagine coming back to hundreds of emails and not a few PMs.
Yes, this is nice, methinks. It'll create variety in OUR "workweek" if you want to call it that, help us mix and mingle more like we used to, and help all of y'all as well. Win-win, I believe.
You know, I have a hard time reading RPG after RPG after RPG. I also rarely peek my head inside of the Misc. Randomness board---I may personally sing random songs (you'll hear me singing anything from Gilbert & Sullivan to Mr. Rogers' "operas" like "Windstorm in Bubbleland") but somehow that Randomness section just isn't me.

Eh, I agree, the RPG does not interest me. It really just confuses me, haha. Also, I don't think I've ever gone into any of the gaming sections... just not my thing.

Lol, would that be you Ivreniel, coming back and having to deal with a huge pile of e-mails the size of Mt. Doom?!
Anyway, with the rotation you might also get to go to parts of the forum you rarely come, which could actually turn out to be really interesting. Sometimes I venture into those parts just to have a look around and even if I don't post, it's nice to see what people talk about.

Hmmm actually this doesn't quite belong here... but it's a question and it's for the mods, so I might as well post here.
So the Who is Online feature shows on which boards the people online ..err.. is. But when a moderator browses through the mod board, what will it show then?
Alright... I'd better come up with a question then or this post could be rendered useless. *cough*
Poor mods who are doomed to a set rank and disco-ish stars, tell us what rank or title would you prefer if you could choose for yourself, and what color of the stars?
Kitoky already answered, but what about y'all?

We see that the mod is in the mod forum Simple as that. Quote: Tell us what rank or title would you prefer if you could choose for yourself, and what color of the stars? Hmsh. What would I choose? Something about hope. Not sure yet. EDIT: I just checked out my profile in the old forum, where EVERYONE had their own title. THere mine reads: Quote: I don't abandon my friends in the face of...danger. ~Justitiae soror fides.~
