All you do is go to your profile, and in you signature put [img]*IMAGE%20URL%20HERE*[/img] . (Ofcourse take out the *s)

Well, first you need to request. 
Then once you get a URL, you do what EA said.
For example, the bottom banner in my sig--
The URL is http://img211.imageshack.us/img211/6267/xmencd4.jpg
So you stick [img]before%20it%20and[/img] after it. _________________
