We struggle to gather client reviews even though the feedback we receive privately is really positive. People seem too busy or simply forget to leave a review unless reminded. I’m curious if there’s a system or strategy firms use to encourage clients without being pushy. |

I’ve seen other firms accumulate hundreds of reviews, and I can’t figure out how they manage it without sounding repetitive or desperate. It feels like there must be a more structured process behind it rather than luck. |
