i love the way Gollum almost talks down to Smeagol as though he is a bit slow, especially when they are plotting on how to get rid of the hobbits:

"We lead them to her!
"We lead them to the stairs...
Yes, the stairs and then?" - Jeez you're a bit slow...
"Up Up up up up the stairs we go until we come to ... the tunnel!" Woo, well done, ya got it in the end...

it just makes me giggle...

oh yeah you really should. They're awesome. I know they're very expensive, but they're definitely worth the money.

I spent all my birthday money to buy the extended edition, it's very expensive! But never mind if you really love LoTR it's the better way you could spent your money!

It is. I had already had the normal DVDs for years when I bought the EEs. It's still worth it, also because of all the extra behind-the-scenes-stuff. It's awesome!! :)

I love the Extended Editions--they're so much fun to watch. Actually, we don't have the normal ones on DVD--just the EE. And I love it.

I love them, too. I once watch all three of them in a row. It took me twelve hours, but it was summertime, so it's not like I had school or something.

I watched them at a friend's house with a huge TV and surround sound! It sounded like I was there, which is a dream come true.

Those scenes are hilarious, Smeagol is so cute in them...

I have to find all three EE now, because my sister owns the ones at my house and she might be moving out next year  I couldn't survive without the lotr movies!

My friends don't like LotR either and I haven't got a huge TV or a surround sound. But I watched all 3 EE in a row on my computer. It was still awesome :-D
