That scene is maybe one of the best.

I think my favorite is the scene when Sam and Frodo see the elves in the forest. It's somehow more sad than all that overdramatic stuff in the havens, even though that's my second favorite.

My favourite scene is the ride of the Rohirrim. You can see such fear and tension on the faces of the riders, especially Dernhelm and Merry. Then Théoden King rouses them and there off galloping full tilt to who knows what fate. I find it very stirring every time I see it. Perhaps because both of my paternal grandfathers were Prussian cavalry officers, and it allows me to visualise what they must have gone through.

Evil.Shielmaiden that should be a good way of imagining it. I like that scene also, it's one of the best scenes to portray the feeling the books have in that same part.
