My greatest shiver-down-spine moment would be "the March of the Ents", because of the amazing solo. And everything that features the Rohan theme.

For me it's the theme used at the coronation, The Fellowship Reunited. I think the particular place in the music is when Minas Tirith is seen from above... Before the coronation starts. Hard to explain since it was a while ago I saw the movie, but anyway. That whole soundtrack is amazing.
Oh, and of course I can't forget The Battle of the Pelennor Fields... so.... epic! O.O
