In the Return of the King Extended Edition's Special Features it was mentioned that Billy Boyd and Liv Tyler record songs...how come they didn't make it onto the sound track for RotK? |

Pippin's song is on my soundtrack CDs, but his song is also in the theatrical version of the movie. Liv Tyler's song isn't on this version. |

Liv's song will most likely be released in the Complete Recordings for RotK when they come out, I still dont have any news or knowledge when that might be. It's been quite some time since the FotR CR had been out, we still miss them for the TTT |

actually, if you're referring that to be Arwen's Song, it isn't...Use Well the Days was the song originally intended to be used for the credits...Annie Lennox recorded it, but PJ felt it didn't quite fit the film, so he had them write another which ended up being Into The West... Yep she does and it's beautiful! I downloaded it ages ago from LimeWire ... the version on A-U's main site is really quiet
