In France it's announced for January 9th...
My boyfriend wants it for Xmas, I said "Ok if it's a 2-player thing! You play the good guys, I play the bad guys, and I will kick your ***!" :P

Wow... they sure have a nice and fancy set up for the game website. :)

Looks like a verry interesting game! I would love to play it but probably won't buy it since I don't play manny games other than starwars and LOTR online...

Yeah, the website looks awesome..

Hmm, does it say anything about making your own character like in the BFME/Angmar pack? I love games that let you do that, but even if you can't in this one I'm still going to get it.

Yeah... it didn't say much about egsactily what kind of game it was..... like an RPG, creat your own play as a set character... etc...

Unless I just missed somethign btu I was a bit confused about that.

I was wondering about this game just the other day actually... :P did anyone get it and can say whether it was good or no? I see it comes for the DS and from what I read it sounded like it was rather fun.... and I DO need something LotR-y in my life anymore. so I was just wondering if someone could give their review for it (especially if they have a DS... but even if they don't :D)

 yeah that is a little bit of a let down... :erm: hmmm, I wonder if there's any hope of it being different for the DS... :( that's really too bad.

There's a local game store called Play N Trade where I live where you can pay to play video games for like... $2USD and hour, like if you want to try a game before you buy it or play on a console you don't have.

I went and played this game on PS3... I got to the Isenguard level. Level 3 I think? My high expectations were lowered muchly. And I had played the Wal-Mart demo and thought it would be pretty good... I mean, it still is a fun game.

And then my brother got the DS version... and I tried it. I deffinantly like the PS3 version better.

But I have to agree with Sly. Tearing up orcs with ents is fun!

LOTR: Conquest is for me the best game ever. Not the singleplayer, but the multiplayer is legendary. Have played for 2 years, now EA closed the serversystems (damn basterds). We still play via lan networks. :D

This game is fun to play multiplayer. It's not my favorite but it's pretty good. I've gotten to Isengard I think.

I actually just bought this game secondhand, and so far I think it's okay. You should know that I'm not really into gaming, so the combos are still a bit hard, but so far I'm doing fine and I am actually enjoying it. Haven't tried the multiplayer yet, but once I convince my boyfriend we will definitely do so.

Do you have a further verdict, Lhunardaien? I've only played it a few times, and really wasn't all that impressed. :/
