Computer games publisher Her Interactive began publishing Nancy Drew computer games in 1998. Some titles are taken from published Nancy Drew books, such as The Secret of the Old Clock; others are not. The games are targeted at teens "ages 10 and up" and are rated "E" ("Everyone") by the ESRB. They follow the popular adventure game style of play. Players must move Nancy around in a virtual environment to talk to suspects, pick up clues, solve puzzles, and eventually solve the crime.

Have any of you ever played Nancy Drew?
How many games and when did you play it for the first time?


I started playing it only a few years ago because they're basically not really avaliable in Sweden and I've never heard of them before I started venturing online to forums and such. But I've at this point played 19 of the games. The others I either can't get hold of or they won't work on my computer. I never played the original Secrets Can Kill game, since it was discontinued, but I've played the remastered version. So far my favorites are Shadow at Water's Edge and Warnings at Waverly Academy.

I have played The Secret of Shadow Ranch, and Curse of Blackmoor Manor. I wish I had them still. I love Nancy Drew Games!! I first played them in like 2006 I was 14

Shadow at Water's Edge is my favorite so far. I suggest getting that one. Or the Tomb of the Lost Queen.

I found Shadow at the Waters Edge online! It is paired with Trail of the Twister. I think I'm gonna get it! Its only 10 USD!!!!

Haha. I'm turning 21 and he said (and I quote) Kyra! You are too old for that game! haha... I told him, "you can never be too old for Nancy Drew!". I gave him a big kiss and then he said he would get it. So happy!
