Been bidding on a vintage 'Speed Circuit' game on ebay. It's a Formula One racing game. Loved playing it in the 80's!

Hm, interesting. The old tolkien board games sound intriguing.

It was a topic of discussion on an episode of's TORn Tuesday, in which I am a regular viewer and chatter.

Oh man! I love board games! I feel like I'm a little late to this thread, but, my friends and I have a weekly board game night. We've been playing Catan frequently. But, I've been introducing them to some of my favorites like Ticket to Ride and Munchkin and Sushi Go! I'm hoping that I'll be able to convince them to play Smallworld and The Resistance soon! They're so much fun too!

Also. Tabletop is the best Youtube (I almost left that as "the best youtube" but that sounded funny!)

@Gersemi Wow... I totally missed that reply!! Sorry! That’s really cool, though.

@Sidawethiel Sounds like a lot of fun! I have always wished there were enough people arpund to organize something like that in my area... but I live in a town of 90 people and most of them are my parent’s generation... lol

I've been following the Avalon Hill group on facebook and enjoying the play-by-play games some have been posting on there.
