Has anybody tried the new Middle-Earth Shadow Of War game that came out Tuesday October 10th?
If you're into gaming and you like things pertaining to Middle-earth I think you will love this game as it is so much better then the first one. And they are limited with the rights they have but while they can't use a storyline from any book it's still cool that they have characters like Sauron and others in the game it's definitely worth picking up if you're a gamer.

I was actually just looking at that today and wondering if anyone here had played it! Lol

I have notndownloaded it uet, though because I have no home internet. Just my cell phone and I am out of high speed data.

I would like to give it a try, though.

I don't have the phone to play it but the mobile version has Boromir! The console version looks pretty cool too!

I wanted to share this video. :P https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D7eICeAfMwA

I'm kind of annoyed at playing fast and loose with Tolkien's history, but I guess it would be worse if they broke the lore and made a bad game. :fish: I wish they would just make up their own realm but realistically it would be harder to market. It's helpful to get straight what is canon and what is not, though.

Well, that was a well put forth bit of info actually! Indonwish they would have stuck closer to cannon. :/ It is kind of aggravating to see how much they changed, though the game play does looknvery cool. It looks like a middle earth version of Assassin’s Creed.

I believe it is the rights sold long ago and a court ruling that allows Middle Earth Enterprises to license these games. Don't expect canon from them.
