I would like to learn to speak and write dwarvish, but I don't know if Tolkien invented enough words to actually make sentences. I also can't find any books or web-sites with any information. Does anyone know? ~Merman |

I know one line in dwarvish and it is what gimli said to haldir in lothlorien... and it isn't very polite either Ishkhaqwi ai durugnul. = i spit upon your grave I don't mean it towards any of you, i am just telling you! I am not sure if haldir really desurves that! |
