There are so many tolkien fanatics on this site who know a lot about the history and stuff, but how many of you actually speak one of tolkiens languages? I'm gonna learn Quenya once I pass Spanish three. :D

I speak Quenya, quite good I think, and once I could speak Sindarin *lol* ;)
Both are self-taught with two very nice books and a lot of courses and word lists from the internet.

Well I used German books, don't know whether they are interesting for you ;)
But you could print courses from the internet and use them, that would be cheaper.

Sindarin! Sort of anyway, i'm in the process of learning it. for instance - (first thing that came to mind here, lol)
Nin ore ir ereb ben le.
(My heart is lonely without you) But i can't speak it fluently, yet, coz i'm just about to start Year 9 at school, and there be LOTS of study to look forward to. Fun. lol. Funny enough, i learnt most of my sindarin from A-U lol.

Thanks to the language I speak, I have an almost perfect Elvish pronunciation. Estonian is very closely related to Finnish, which is related to Quenya, and that makes my language related to Quenya too. :-D :-D
