Well, if you ask me I would say niether of the ones that you have listed because once I've finished my new language, Lathûn, that will be my favorite. But for now it is Black Speach.

Old English is all right, but I don't care for Rohirian. I'd have to go with Khuzdûl (too bad it's got a small corpus). As for Gondorians, they spoke a form of Westron or (some) a dialect of Sindarin in which medial consonantal clusters were mutated... interestingly.
