Does anyone know how they were able to create the waves in the hair of Arwen, Galadrial, or Eowyn? I don't think they braided it, but i really don/t know, and i would like to find out.

Does anyone know how they were able to create the waves in the hair of Arwen, Galadrial, or Eowyn? I don't think they braided it, but i really don/t know, and i would like to find out.

There are special curling irons that can be used for different sorts of hair curls and/or waves. I don't think either that they'd braid the hair and then remove the braid (that is - as we all know - SO unprofessional  )... so I'm pretty sure they just either used curling irons or old-fashioned hair curlers (which, by the way, work very well).

All that hair they used were wigs I'm pretty sure... though Eowyn's I'm not so sure. But, curlers would would, or a hair curler, but not to much of it. Maybe curl it then brush it out lightly. But, if you don't have the curler, then try braiding, that my be SO unprofessional, but it is effective! |

They'd have to curl the wigs too, if they weren't already curly to begin with 
They used real hair for the wigs, so some of them could have started out as wavy. |

Yeah, it could have naturally been that way... because mine's that way... straight with that wave to it... It's alot like Eowyn's hair on more orange... |

All of the girls wore wigs??! This is news to me. I feel...sad, now. It seems so odd, that all of their lovely hair was fake.

^I'm pretty sure that they got wind of a group of Russian women who were selling their hair to feed their kids, so PJ bought pretty much everything he could find in the right colors and used that. Something like that, anyway.
