I take alot of usernames, such as Rulea at CouncilofElrond. Ashwise was a name one of my former friends gave me so it has some sentimential value, which is why I chose it. |

<< Aralas is a blend of Aragorn and Legolas... I just found out recently that it means 'noble leaf' Weird meaning, but I figured it sounded nice so I kept it.. And 29 is one of my favourite numbers. |

Well, Moist von Lipwig is a character from Terry Pratchett's Discworld. My favorite character. I wish to have hobbit name used here but I love Moist too much to not use his name |

Nicole is my real name. ^^ I also go by Turwaithiel (Elvish for Nicole) and/or Naeolia (the name of my website). |

I found "Lhunardaien" in a name generator shortly before I joined the forum. It's a rough translation of my own name, but I'm not sure how accurate it is I usually pronounce it as Lu-nar-die-en, but I have a habit of placing the accent on the wrong syllable, so maybe that's also not very correct. Better to just stick to Lhun for safety |

I chose my name, because I was obsessed with elvish, and gave elvish words to my online RPG characters, for their lastnames, around about the time I joined. Erin isn't my actual name, but I prefer it over my real name, and Vanya... I honestly don't remember what it means. I pronounce it Er-in Van-ya. |

About Vanya: http://lotr.wikia.com/wiki/Vanyar (That's what I first thought when I saw your username ) |

I'm not sure if that was it, or not, but I like the meaning. When I joined the forum, I wasn't as into LotR, as I am now. I think that I might have gotten it from one of the lists on the A-U site, either names or words or something. |

My name is my first name in elvish from the elvish section of the A-U site, and S is the initial of my second name translated to elvish. |

Master_Dwarf's username comes from my nickname for him He's about as tall as a dwarf, so that's why I call him Master Dwarf |

My username is a twist on Legolas, you know Lego-lin? I used to role-play that he was my brother. |

legolin12 wrote: My username is a twist on Legolas, you know Lego-lin? I used to role-play that he was my brother. Cool I also made a twist of Faramir and Legolas: Legomir. It means green jewel A better meaning than Aralas But it sounds a bit more boyish, so I didn't use it. I'm planning to use it on one of my RP characters but when I try to use boy characters I feel a bit awkward. |
