Personally, I think that they don't because they are fallen creatures and the Grey Havens is supposed to be like Heaven. However this subject is debatable.

well,my thought is that because orc or evil creatures are cursed and that place is too pure for them

Yeah I agree. Also the elves were very good fighters and they might be able to kill some orcs becase of force. But mostly just because they are not elves and they are bad.

I agree orcs would not want to go to the grey havens they hate beauty and the grey havens are too beautiful for nasty orcs
