noble , such a good word...and very descriptive of not only Sam, ...but characters like Aragorn, Faramir, Eomer & even Merry, are noble, too. The way Tolkien has described, the way they think, live their lives & wish only the best for others.... good word...hhmmmm... got me thinking...
