The pics of the fan movie along with the trailer added to the site. Make sure you check them all. It is a promising fan movie I guess.

ZOMG! *so hyped up and excited* And to think that I'll be going to England from Sept 28-Oct 2nd for a drama workshop since I was chosen to represent my high school. (10 were picked outta 500, I got in... hoorah!). And to make it better, I'm the one who got picked for the sword fighting workshop.

And now...

Bad news: I don't think Caulderdale where I'll be is close enough for me to "run away" for a sec and put in my two cents. I sooo want to be a part of this! Darn... I can't wait to see how it'll end up!

They have put the complete Born of Hope movie on youtube now. The screenplay was fairly good overall and there was some good acting in it. Parts were fairly cliche though. Overall, I find it more entertaining than the PJ screenplays, even if much of this movie took its artistic inspiration from the PJ movies. This movie shows what the Lord of the Rings movies could have been with a proper screenplay.

I think I watched this a long time ago. I'll have to check it out again sometime!

I've seen this film. It's really good.

It is quite good and true to the book, and it doesn't promote itself as anything more than a fanfic.
Hats off to Kate Madison for doing this. I find myself cueing this up before I dig out the dusty EE DVDs of the PJ fanfic.
