Currently Lórien. Theninthiad is nomade, she loves to travel.

Family::
She had no known family, nor any siblings. She had a great many friends, however.

Horse::
She has a cream-coloured beautiful steed named Niphredil.

Weapons::
Theninthiad carries with her at all times her sword. During battle, she also owns a bow of Lórien.

Appearance::
Bright blue eyes as clear as water ... her straight black hair flowed lightly down to her knees ... she was tall and her figure was athletically built from her position as a guard. Despite that, she had delicate features and she was beautiful.

History::
Theninthiad was one of the Teleri who traveled westward through Middle-earth at the beginning of the First Age. She was also one of those who fell away and left the Great Journey to settle in a land which would later be called Lórien. She was well acquainted with the other Elves of the Northern Borders. She was also very wise, having lived for many ages.

Biography::
Haldir is a Silvan Elf of Lórien. He was assumed to have arrived in Middle-earth during the Great Journey with the Teleri, long before the beginning of the First Age. He was believed to have been one of the Elves that had fallen away from the rest and settled in the woodlands East of the Mountain. They came to dwell in a land that would later on be named Lórien, after the Maia. A thousand years before the War of the Ring, Celeborn and Galadriel became the Lord and Lady of Lórien. Haldir had two brothers; Rúmil and Orophin. Their job was to guard the Northern borders of the sacred Golden Wood of Lórien.

He encountered the Fellowship of the Ring - who was fleeing Moria - on between January 15 and February 16, on the year 3019 of the Third Age. There, he stopped and questioned them and he did not very much trust them upon first sighting. Nevertheless, he led them through Lórien blindfolded until the Lady Galadriel granted them permission to travel through Lórien without being blindfolded. Haldir was their guide and he led them through Lórien and protected them until they reached the dwelling of the Lord and Lady.

When they were leaving Caras Galadhon, Haldir bid them farewell and a safe journey and that was the last that was heard of him. However, he was believed to have survived long after this period.
