Name: Alassiel Gender:Female Race:Wood-Elves Age: well, she's an elf but she looks around 15 Weapons: Twin Elven knives, Ruin and Annorist Features: Light brown hair, almost blonde, dark ageless brown eyes, slender Alassiel was born right before the Last Alliance. Her father, Andaglarion, and her brother, Tirithon, fought in this war under Gil-Galad. Her father survived, though taking a wound in his leg that caused him to limp for the rest of his life. Her brother fell protecting Gil-Galad. Alassiel grew up on the border of Elenath Wood with her naneth, Nanwathiel, her ada, Andaglarion, and her little brother, Jeter, who was three years old when Alassiel left home riding her horse, Celebhith. Alassiel, pretty and bright, was always laughing, hence her name, Joyful. When she returned a year later, her home was burned to the ground. Her family was lying, slain, upon the fire-scarred threshold of her home, even her four year old brother, Jeter. Her best friend, Aranoth, found her weeping in front of her home. He brought her into the wood, where Alassiel slowly regained strength. But the pain of her family's death still lived in her heart, and the Joy that had once abounded there was slow in returning. However, somewhat of a curse was placed on her, for whenever she saw smoke in the east, she would fall into a painful trance that was hard to be revived from. Soon, Alassiel realized that vengeance was the only thing that could stop it. Leaving Elenath Wood, she sought out her family's killers and slew them. Her life began to return to normal, and once again Joy abounded in her heart (Suilaid, all. Just wondering, am I doing this right? Writing isn't my greatest skill...) |
