Arinae forced a slight smile. "He's just resting for a while, probably by the edge of camp somewhere..." she murmured her response, then sat down, holding her right arm with her left hand, wincing involuntarily.

"Oh," said Tindomerel, wondering why Rhayader hadn't come to see how she was.
It's not like him to be off somewhere, not knowing how I'm feeling. He was really worried before...
She held her side, wondering what had happened to Narmacil. She noticed that Arinae was in some pain. "You alright?" asked the elf, a few worry lines coming across her forhead.

((Eeps! I remembered I left my sword on the battlefeild. ))

(lol I just got over being sick for 3 months! I hated it!!)

Jax rested his arm, despite the little amount he had used it in battle it was still a bit sore. The stab wound had healed mostly, but still needed a little rest.


Jax stood up, watching the men come back to camp. He estimated to himself how many they had lost. Surprisingly to him it was not as many as he had exprected. But that coudl have been just because he was negative about the whole thing in the begining.

Arinae rubbed her forehead, fighting back an annoying headache that had been nagging at her ever since the blow to her head a while back, the newly healed scar half concealed by her rain drenched hair.

She nodded, "I can, but the balance of my sword is for my right hand, so I'm not as good... I can weild a spear just fine, though, with my left arm." she replied.

Tindomerel swore as Arinae spoke about the balance of her sword being for her right hand. "Sorry," said Tindomerel, "But I think I forgot my sword on the battlefeild. Hopefully Rhayader has it. I don't think I could swing a sword that's not elven made..."

Jax sighed and walked backto his tent. He realized that Rhayader did not come back with the rest. Looking over at the tent where Lady Tin and Ariinae sat he noticed there (somewhat) calm composer and decided that nothing had happened to him or they would not be in such a state.

Rhayader brushed his tangled and dirty hair back with an equally dirty and muddy hand.
"I need a wash..."
He sighed and was about to rise to his feet when he saw a glimmer in the mud. An Elven blade.
"Tindomerel..."
He walked over and picked it up, it was so light.
"hmm."
He took a few swings with it. The blade seemed so fluid in the motions, especially when compared to his own heavier sword.
"Best take it back..."
He began walking back toward the camps when an arrow flew past him and hit the ground. He spun around to see one last orc with a bow. The orc was slow to reload and Rhayader flung his last dagger hitting the orc square in the head.
"Stubborn orcs..."
He continued back, tired and feeling weak.

Tindomerel rubbed her side, sitting silently. Her forehead still felt warm. She still felt a bit feverish, but she didn't lay down to rest. She was still wondering where Rhayader was, making her head hurt.

Rhayader continued on when he was met by Tindomerel's wolf. The wolf barked at him and tossed it's head in the direction of Tindomerel. Rhayader nodded.
"Lead the way."
The wolf lead him to the elf. Rhayader smiled to see her safe and sat next to her, wrapping a secure arm round her.
"How do you feel?"

"Rhayader!" said Tindomerel, hugging him tightly, ignoring the pain in her side, "There you are!"
She was glad to see his and planted a kiss on his cheek. "I'm fine," she said.
Nimloth licked her other cheek. Tindomerel batted her wolf away, laughing slightly. She then held her side, ignoring the pain still.
