(In short, after a few dances, everyone was finally 'summoned' to dinner, and that's where we've kinda left off..everyone's getting seated.)

Tur smiled at Aradan as the dance ended and said, her breath taken away, "It was an pleasure, M'lord, an true pleasure. I hope to see you again tonight. Now, if you would so kindly excuse me..." She said, bowing low, whiched looked really weird since she was wearing a dress, and walked over to Handion, whom grinned.

Once she had left, Aradan, quite literally, found himself 'escorted' into the dining hall by Aranel, and the two took up their customary places at the main table, Aradan on their father's right hand, and Aranel next to him.

"I wonder, did you ever pull any pranks when you were young or wereyou one who got pranked?"

"I was always the one to get pranked..that's one thing these elves like to do, especially the royals." Tirion replied dryly, just as Elwen walked past, and she cuffed him lightly on the ear.

"That is not to be discussed in mixed company." she said with mock severity, though broke the seriousness with a brief smile.

"As you wish, m'lady." Tirion said, inclining his head with a smile similar to herse.

Tur walked over to Handion, whom sat at a table at the right of the room.
"Great dancing, cus. And I don't think he forgot you." Tur punched him softly on the shoulder, sighing and then grinned ruefully.
"Well, someone was flurting quiet a bit tonight..." She said, her eyes dancing.
"Ey, don't blame me!" Handion said, blushing a little.

"And how many times must I tell you, no titles!" Elwen said, shaking her head slightly. "Honestly.." she added, smiling a little despite herself.

"As you wish, Elwen." Tirion said, this time sounding as if he were about to laugh.

Elwen shook her head again, then headed down the table and took up her place across from Aradan.

Handion and Turwaithiel both looked up at the main table, looking around as other Elves, waiting for an evening speech or something along those lines.

Elenriel and Legolas moved to take their places at the banquet table with Aradan, Aranel and Elwen. Everything seemed to be set and all were waiting for the banquet to begin.

Sora silently in her head was mouthing off several vile words but quickly when she recalled a rumour among man, that elves could read minds. "Aw the Prince" she said knowingly

Once certain that every one had taken their places at the table, Aradan glanced towards his father, who nodded in his direction. As the Crown Prince, he suddenly remembered it was his place to open the banquet, and with that thought in mind, stood.

"On behalf of myself and my family, I extend a warm welcome to all of you who have been so courteous to attend. I hope the rest of the evening will be as enjoyable as it has been so far, and with that thought in mind, let the feast begin!"

Laughter met this short speech, completely typical of Aradan. Once the laughter died away, it was replaced by a buzz of conversation about the room, as well as the soft clatter of silverware after the food had been brought out.

"Short, sweet, and to the point, brother..unlike last time." Elwen said, mockingly picking up her goblet of wine and raising it to her eldest brother.

"This coming from the elleth who talks incessantly after three goblets of wine." offered Aranel with a slight smile of amusement, which she hid in her own goblet.

Elwen turned a light shade of pink at those words, which garnered a laugh from Aradan.

Turwaithiel clapped and laughed to the short speech, raising a glass of wine that was already set on each table for the guest. Handion smiled and Tur took an sip of wine. "Um..." She said, the wine had a bitter taste on her lips but an grand taste in her mouth. Handion laughed as the room filled with talk and laughter.

"Let's just hope she doesn't become that way tonight, especially when she is supposed to sing." Aradan said after he stopped laughing, and Elwen nearly choked.

"What?"

"Clearly, you've forgotten.." Aranel said, shaking her head. "All of us have contributed something to this event already, and your contribution was to sing."

"Aiya.." Elwen breathed, suddenly losing her appetite and pushing her plate away. "I forgot all about that.."

Tur took an small bite of a apple as Handion took another sip of wine. They ate silently for awhile as the wind began to howl outside.

Hearing the howling of the wind, Elwen stopped her surveyal of the room for a moment, and looked towards one of the nearest windows. Sounds like we're about to run into some bad weather.. she thought to herself, then began looking about the room again, for lack of anything better to do. Her family were all caught up in their own seperate conversation, and she was in no mood to join them just then.

Handion caught Elwen looking around and Tur whipsered after a moment,
"Your drooling...."
"I'm not!" Handion said harshly. Tur shrugged and then asked,
"Then why is your sleeve all wet?" Handion looked down and Tur laughed and added, "I was joking! But you did have those eyes when you are-"
"Be quiet!" Handion scowled, but Tur only shook her head in laughter and continued eating.
