"You need to get back to your duties. Its only proper."
she said quietly, meaning it.

Morwen was sure to hide her sword at the back of her saddle, where they saddlebag hung down. Grima, again, didn't like it when women played with swords.

The two handmaidens bid a fond farewell to Estel, and galloped back towards Edoras. Morwen tucked her sword under the saddlebag, making sure it was totally covered. This escapade made her feel much better.

(YES ITS BACK UP!!! hehe)
Estel shook her head sadly at the two.
"Crazy." she muttered. They would see her again... very soon too... but not as Estel. Nay, she would be Rana... the Wanderer. However she would not be recognized as a 'she' but in fact, a 'he'. For Estel, this was normal; her job made her do many of sorts that where odd such as this. She quickly rented a small room in an inn (haha, in an inn) and got to work. She took a blade to her hair. It didnt make her sad any more when she cut of fher hair. It was so much lighter short anyway. After cropping it much, she went to work on her attire. To disquise the fact she was a girl, a cloth bound tightly around her chest did the trick. Then she wore loose, ratty clothing like that of a peasant. Her face was did up with "make-up".... disquising her slightly femine features. However, one thing she could not hide as well was her scar. Thankfully, her character, Rana, was a poor peasant boy and she smudged dirt all of her scar. Now she would not be known as Estel... but Rana.
Rana walked towards the Royal Stables, a slight drag to his one foot. His head was low hanging, and his eyes cast downward. His hair was shorter than most men in Rohan's; but he didnt care. He knew what he was good at... and was going to accomplish his goal. Rana limped to the stable, and met with the owner.
"What do you want boy?" he growled.
"I was told to come here for a job sir." Rana replied.
"What could you do here?" the stablemaster grunted.
"I was sent here by the Lord Meathor sir."
The stablemaster glared uneasily at the dirty peasant boy with untrust. He just stood there, hands folded in front of him, eyes lowered to the ground.

Deawen after putting the horses in their stalls was walking down the alley way when her attention was caught a boy talking to the stablemaster she stood there for a moment then she walked towards them she stopped a few feet away then listened. the boy was a peasant for sure drity and ragged she stiffened a bit but not tooo much here for a job maybe? yes that was it this young man was here for a job. "is he looking for a job?" Deawen asked the stable looked at her then nodded " i think i could put him to work...since i m a handmaiden now... i will need someone to take charge of the horses *

Morwen was back preparing dinner. "Such menial tasks," she muttered to herself. At least she didn't have to serve it. It was just a "put the platters on the table just before they come in" dinners. She could go and read some of the manuscripts Eowyn had given her.

Deawen went to the kitchens "Dea you have serving tonight!" someone called Dea sighed and grabed two dishes and carried them to the hall.

Morwen again stood to the side in the shadows with the wine pitcher. She had pinched a small pewter goblet from the kitchen, so she stood just next to a pillar in order to hide the wine she was "stealing". She thought she heard Deawen drop something. The royal meal was as silent and awkward as ever. Eowyn heard Deawen too. The levity was almost too much to bear. Eowyn started to shake, and she snorted into her gilded goblet. Deawen, what are you doing, she thought.
