He tilted his head to look at her.
"What happened? Is something wrong?"

Tindomerel opened her mouth, to lie, again, but stopped herself, closing it, quickly thinking of the best way to explain it.
She opened her mouth again.
"Bad nightmare," she said, "Really, really, really bad."
She shivered again, thinking of how the dream was so real, in ways. And to worst thing was, she didn't know how it all ended...

Aemornion and his two men followed in silence after Arinae. Night became dark and the shadows were almost gone, a dark-blue, almost black veil covered the terrain around them. Stars were distant and there was no moon.
Aemornion held his gaze upon the Hornburg and the Deeping Wall, the sheer rock opposed them and many thoughts came through his head at that time. Once again, after many years he sees the fortress of Helm Hammerhand, but this time he is on the wrong side of the wall

Rhayader smiled.
"I wouldn't worry, your awake now."
He winced slightly and moaned.
"I wish I could heal quicker. I feel so tired all the time."

"Then you should rest," said Tindomerel, smiling, "I should think that would make sense."
She stroked his hair. "I'm going to be right here if you need anything," she whispered.
She started to think about the dream. She tried to push the thoughts away. She didn't want to think about it now. She called one of the healer's over, asking them to boil some other herb in some water. "This one won't taste as bad," said Tindomerel, smiling back at Rhayader

Rhayader slowly drunk it, frowning at the weird taste.
"Is this actually going to help me or are you just mking me drink horrible liquids?"
He smiled.
"OK then I'll get some sleep."
He smiled and slowly clossed his eyes.

"Well, it's worked on me," said Tindomerel, "I always wondered why the most helpful ones taste so horrible..."
She smiled at him. "I'll be right here," she said.

(Sorry guys, had to do a bit of research on the layout of Helm's Deep before I continued Muwahaha, I'm ready.... )
It was with a stealthy step that Arinae and her company approached the deeping wall, though she lead them to remain along the barrier-like perimeter of the gore, skulking close to the rocky sides. It was her intention to approach from the more Northerly side, where they would be hindered by neither the deeping stream nor the ramp and road.
The smoke they had seen from afar was now clearer seen, and seemed to emit from just within the main gate. Barely a sound could be heard, even though the rocks would amplify much of the sound that would have been made if there had been hammering or other work going about within.
Arinae crept closer, her step bringing her against the deeping wall, and voices could be heard atop the wall, though the dark of the night was too deep for them to be seen. There were, however, torches, which lit the faces of a few, but Arinae dared not expose herself to view them. No sense could be made of the words spoken by those above them, as they seemed to be muffled, and perhaps even in a different tongue.
With barely a movement, Arinae motioned with her gloved hand for Aemornion to turn his attention toward where a patched breach could be seen against the deeping wall, though it was still sorely in need of repair. Obviously the orcs and men had not taken into consideration the poor quality of their handiwork, and no further effort was made to secure that patch more firmly after they had broken through and taken over.
It seemed it would be a simple task, with minimal effort, for a fair sized group of men to take down the patch and move through, but how were the Rohirrim to know what awaited them on the other side…?

Aemornion bent lower to the ground almost crouching as he took a few cautious steps closer. His eyes tried to pierece the dark and after a while of adapting to the poor light conditions he beheld the breach. He watched it for a long moment then up at the wall and all the way up towards the Hornburg and the main gate. The main puzzlement on his mind was how big was the host behind the wall
His eyes narrowed as a thought accured to him.
With a wave towards the group and then towards the camp area he gave command more then a sign that he has seen enough and its was time to depart. The friendly watchfires are about to be lit thus exposing their shadow but he nodded towards Ingold as a sign.
He looked at the group and waited them to leave giving Arinae a determened gaze and giving a good impression of knowing what he was doing.

Arinae glanced towards Aemornion with slight dissappointment, and if silence were not so important, she would have spoken and instisted on remaining behind.
As it was, she was curious to see what they had in plan, and remained more so to the edge of the gore to observe, hidden against the rocks, while directing the others to return on swift yet silent foot to the camp.
The line of dark smoke had died down for the most part, as did the voices, though at that moment the walls of rock seemed to resound a sob, before it was quieted after a short time after a sharp clang as though a door had been shut.
Arinae furrowed her brow at this, but no further sound was made to that likeness and she stepped a few paces farther, her elven-made cloak concealing her with the rock against which she leaned.

Aemornion watched them as they left to a safe distance then with a nod towards Ingold they set of with their plan.
Aemornion strode in utter silence towards the right side of the wall as he prepared a dark-feathered orc arrow from the quiver. The arrow was one from the Snahga clan orcs that have fallen on the battlefield before. He knelt down on one knee in the darkest shadow and knocked the arrow ready into the bow ready to set it loose at the signal.
Ingold using the shadow of the wall approached to the left side of it and stood in silence so he could peer up towards the wall and its watchers. The face and the profile of the young man could hardly be seen in the dark even when he was moving. Ingold prepared also an orc arrow but that of a different origin for it bore a crimson feather and the arrow was shorter. The arrow belonged to a Rashka archer. He knocked it ready alike.
Guards continued to patrol the wall above but only a few of them remained on it over the night. They had been of different statues but their difference could clearly be seen under their torch-light. Orcs from a few different clans could be seen and those from Snahga and Rashka alike. The wreched enemies are known for their lies and deciet amongst themselfs and some of them hold heavy grudges amongst themselfs. These two clans had been a good exmple of such trechery.
The snarling and the hissing at eachother could be heard above, obviousy something went wrong in their plans. Soon the pieces were in place, the strike was set. The Rashka watcher faced towards Aemornion and the Snahga towards Ingold.
The arrows from the two men had been released to their targets with an unnoticible sign from one of them. Was it a imitation of a bird call or a slight hiss as of a wind, it was known only to the two.
The two Orcs clattered down slayed and eventually one dropped behind the wall into the orcs there while the other bleeded on the wall struck.
Comotion and curses were imminent. Soon the whole deep was roused with the enemy for it looked like a conflict broke out between the two watchers on the wall.
Aemornion did not waste time. He was rushing towards the breach in the wall for now the cries and the curses inside the wall were filling the air and perhaps even a drumroll infront of the gate would not have been heard. Ingold satisfied with the task strode back towards the stream and there waited for Aemornion's arrival.
Aemornion peered through the hastly piled breach. His dark eyes watched the comotion inside and the struggle between the orcs, but he also beheld something else.
He strode back towards Ingold and the two men returned to the camp.

Arinae observed this endeavor with a notable expression of satisfaction, amazed at the swift thought and action put into the situation. As they turned to head back, she joined them from her area of concealment against the rock, her expression shadowed beneath the hood.
She spoke not a word until they had returned to the camp and the fires had been lit after the safe return. "Were you able to see much?" Arinae finally questioned, turning to face the Gondorian captain, her eager expression lit by a nearby fire as she brushed a hand to drop her hood back from her head.
