Maihele gave a faint, dark laugh. "An Elf cannot be claimed, mortal one, she will outlive you, and perhaps even kill you one of these days.... for even a dog, when desperate enough, will sink their teeth into their cruel masters.... death wins over all mortal souls, while she'll merely be cursed with memories, but she shall have the triumph of sneering at your grave...." She approached deftly, her features now seen, the glow of ivory skin catching the sunlight even from beneath the black cloak. "Let her stand...." she hissed slightly with her words this time, but her emotionless expression still had not altered.

(wow...seems this is moving quickly nice new banner by the way Silm!)
The rider stopped her horse for a moment and listened. The sounds of angry voices came from up ahead. Two sounded soft like the elves, but it was the other voice, the more angry one that made her blood run cold.
A Rohirrim. No doubt about it. Dismounting quietly she muttered a few words to her horse then slunk off into the woods to get a better look.

Nahar spat "I was not assuming I would outlive her woman! But think, she will serve in my house long after I am gone! A treasure to outlive the ages!" he spat again "And you cant stop me."

(:D Hehe, thank you, Eomira)
"And why should I stop you? Why is it my concern? Why would you assume I think it to be my concern? Ah, perhaps you are fearful of me endangering you to the loss of your 'prize' .... Of course if you keep beating her like that, she will be useless," Maihele continued, giving a deftly graceful motion with her hand, as though brushing his words carelessly away.

"Nonesense, it is a sign of weakness!" he ounded unsure though, and lifted his foot off her "Get up..." he growled.
The elf rose on weak legs and stood there somewhat awkardly, hand hand clutching what she assumed to be a broken rib. The other hand, tugged at the collar whose small golden chain had become entangeled in her hair.

Maihele eyed the elf up and down for a moment, her gaze searching, examining, but still lacking emotion. "Where is it you head, sir?" Each time she spoke the word sir she said it in a sort of mocking tone. Her dark, unervingly steady gaze focused on the rather displeasing to look upon mortal.

"That is none of youre busniss!" he snapped, grabbing the elf by the arm and hauling her back towards the darker parts of the wood. Her legs trailed half-useless behind her, and she clutched his dragging arm tightly as not to be left behind- or be completely dragged.
"You are even more useless than I had thought! Your orders where to elimenate the danger, not sob over some piece of broken bow-" he snatched the remmenats of the bow and tossed it back towards the woman "not to draw it near!"
Rhavaniel dropped behind, now truely being dragged, straining towards her broken bow again.
"Look-Just stop-" he tugged harder "Its only a blooming bow!" he yanked her arm harshly drawing a strangeled cry from the elf.

The rider stepped out of the shadows in front of the man.
"If you want her to live any longer you'll have to take better care of her," her voice cold, the rider's eyes flared. "You disgrace your country."

Maihele stepped aside from the shattered length of wood then followed silently. She eyed the new stranger now stepping ahead of the man, raising a delicate brow with a glimmer of curiosity in her eyes.
She indeed found the situation rather amusing, how she seemed to constantly come in contact with such a variety of beings.

Nahar ignored the rider, and hurried away faster. A way ahead two horses could be seen, one white, one a dappled grey. He let go of the elf, who pulled herself onto the grey's bare back without help and sat patiently. He mounted into his saddle and reared his horse towards the newcommer.

Renald heard some speech trough the woods and had his bow at his side, what if those tree climbing elves were trying to set him up the next to he entered the forest. He didn`t think that they knew of him being a thief all tough not a very known around here, but still a thief. He leaned on a rock on the beach after gathering wood for a fire for the coming night, he kept his bow ready with an arrow.

(Oh by the way, I'm adding new rules so if ya could just be sure to glance through them I'd apprieciate it)
Maihele slipped into the forest, seeming to vanish, lurking within the shadows with the uttmost silence. This was not her business, and she knew it, but it was out of habit that she remained close, quietly cautious. She was not one to drop a pursuit so quickly.

(umm...let me see...are you riding my horse Rhav? Cause Eomi's not going to like that...neither is the horse for that matter...)
The Rider eyed the charging horse calmly. Slowly, she reached up and drew her two swords. They caught the sunlight and gleamed for a moment. The rider twirled them calmly and waited
(no, dont worry, its not her horse ^^)
Nahar pulled the horse away from the rider roughly and charged off into the undergrowth. Rhavaniel shot the rider a despairing glance before squeezing her horses flanks gently with her bare feet and urged it after her master.

(good! cause Eomi was going to get REALLY REALLY ticked! lol)
The rider let them go and put away her swords quietly. Obviously the elf could have gotten away and ran if she wanted to. And she had a feeling they'd meet up again. Sighing, she turned and headed back towards the clearing, but not without glancing back behind her. Smiling slightly she nodded once and then walked calmly towards the lake.

It must have been dusk when they finaly halted. The elf slid from her horse and imideatly startet to prepare a camp for the night.
Nahar sat down on the grass and watched with an angered exspresion."Take my watch and your own afterwards." the elf nods as he goes to his bedroll.
"Why not make breakfast as well?" Rhavaniel was no fool. It was not a request. She
was glad when she heard her masters even breathing, indicating the he was
asleep.
