Elenriel knelt beside Airemelero and turned to look in Raelyn's direction. "Are there any more herbs?" she asked. "His worst physical wounds have been tended to, but we will also need to treat his other wounds soon." With that she lightly placed her hand on Tulmind's forehead and began to focus her energy. Calling upon the strength of her kin, she began to aid Airemelero in pushing back the shadow.

Raelyn didn't know about more herbs, she may have had some in the bag she carried but she had no idea where that had gone. it may have been droped in some point in their voyage through the mountain she didn't know. " maybe there are some in the forest nearby." she said hopeful.

Raelyn nodded and looked at Tulmind then walked away to find another soldier. she couldnt find one that wasnt wounded or dead. but she did find a sack she could use for the herbs. she sighed and prayed neither of her leaders would find out that she went alone. she walked into the forest, she looked for any sort of herb. about an hour later and had found maybe 20 herb plants, the rest were trampled by orc feet. Raelyn was irritated by this but she walked back to Tulmind and the other with the bag of herbs.
" any luck?" she asked as she set the bag down next to Airmelero.

With that she took some of the herbs and crushed them into a paste and began to apply the salve to Tulmind's other wounds. "Tolo dan na ngalad" she whispered to Tulmind as she poured more of her energy into battling the shadow.

Raelyn sighed. maybe just maybe she could call upon her grandfathers spirit to help her. she thought hard about it then decided to take a chance. she layed a hand on Tulmind forehead and proceeded to call upon her grandfathers power and all the power of her kin. she closed her eyes tighter and worked all of her energy into this. her evenstart started to glow again.

The hours passed. When dawn came Tulmind stirred and took his first deep breath since he was wounded. He seemed to be sleeping and resting but his face was now less grey.

"The worst is now over. I think he will survive.", Airemelero said smiling at Raelyn.

Elenriel breathed a sigh of relief. "Thank the Valar." she murmured to herself. She then turned to Raelyn and gave the young woman a slight nod and smiled, knowing the feelings the girl had for Tulmind.

Raelyn rethought. " no. someone must stay here. the orcs will be back. probably with larger forces. but Tulmind still needs to get to a healer." she said. " i will take him. i'm not really needed in battle and as you both know i'm not very skilled in battle i always end up getting hurt." she said hoping they would let her go. " and when i take him i could gather for soliders?" she said looking at the two.
