She shifted her hood to reveal a slight smile. Tulmind's body imeadiatly relaxed. He had done well.
((I'm totally not trying to be mean or anything, hobobagins, but could you please not play my character? It's just that sometimes what other people think she might do isn't necessarily how I think she would react.  Boy, i'm out of the loop...*waits for an opening*)) _________________

Aearion nodded. Deciding he had nothing to hide, he pulled back his hood, trying to make it seem as though he could see those around him. He could tell that Legolas was looking at him, most likely surprized that he had removed his hood - which he almost always wore in public.

The hooded elf, that hadn't spoken in awhile spoke finally. "For the inexperienced, I know... or more like met once, a fighter that knows every kind of fighting stile, even some orc sword ways. Lady Eruraina. She is a good teacher... so I've heard. I would go... as a warrior, and I can do some smitthwork."

While the mysterious elf talked, the same elf that was talked about entered Rivendell. She had not come for the council, for she wasn't a member. Lady Eruraina ran up a few flights of stairs, and down corridors to the council room.
"Forgive me for intruding," she was out of breathe. "But I have news from Mirkwood. I have riden many days without rest to bring this news. Mirkwood had been attacked by orcs, a suprise attack. Maney elves have died already..."

Emedietly, Aearion's head shot up, even though he could not see anything. His homeland was being attacked, His homeland. Apparently Legolas was thinking the same as he was,
"Aearion and I will be going to aid. Who else will come with us?" Scilence. Aearion began to panic.
"Who else?" He demanded.

"If aid does not come to Mirkwood from Rivendell, it will come from nowhere," the silverhaired female elf spoke up. Her voice was melodic, like bells. "If we do not help them, no one will. I, too, will go with you."

"I will help, of course, you can't expect me not too." Eruraina said, scanning the faced.
"My daughter may be able to help also..."
All the while the hooded elf had lost intrest in the conversation, even though it was important, when she got back into the conversation she wondered what they were talkng about.
"I'll go... I guess."
She glanced over at a friend, an elf that usually never spoke at the council, and had known her growing up. He was smiling, he would have been luaphing at her if they weren't in the council. He knew how 'lost' she would get...

(I dont know if anyone has made this mistake but my guy is a Lavorien not an elf.)
Tulmind looked at the meager group that was going to help mirkwood. He did not want them to go to mirkwood and try a futile attempt to stop the invasion. So why should he aid them? It was the same question that all of the others were asking themselves. Then again if the goblins were attacking Mirkwood then Lavoriens would come to their aid. He could not let his people die in this fight without his help. "I will aid your cause." he annouced, even though his tounge fought his every word.

The lord of Rivendell stayed silent throughout this. He then spoke when all had fallen silent.
He spoke now. "It seems that, now few are there of us now left in Middle-Earth, you will still fight for it. Is this so? I ask all of you in turn. Will you fight for this land, this land in which you will be leaving soon enough?" he asked, looking at them in turn.

(Ps, hobobaggins. The Lord Elrond has diminished into the West, so he is NOT here. Also, Legolas is not here, as I thought someone said earlier.)
An important looking Elf to Turumbar's right, who had sat in silence throughout all this now rose and spoke. "I am Halarond, and will fight the Evil still lurking in this world." he said, bowing to Turumbar.
"I have recentley returned from Minas Tirith and council of the King Ellessar. He is sending Soldiers to Aid us in the North, for he is still fighting Battles in the East, and cannot be with us. For this, he sends his apologies and wishes us Blessings from himself and the Realm of Gondor and Arnor." he finished.

"On the matter of Elessar and the Soldiers that he is sending us, we have discussed, and I thank you for mentioning it here." he said, bowing in Return to Halarond.
The Lord Turumbar looked at Eruraina sharply, this was not the way an Elf was supposed to act! he thought.
"But you are a strange folk" he said, almost to himself, looking around at the gathering of Elves, Dwarves and Men.
"Very well" he said. "Who else will go?" he asked. A few Dwarves counciled that they would take care of the North-East (The Lonley mountain, Dale and Northen Mirkwood) for that is whence they came. On this Turumbar agreed.
The Men, however, did not agree, for they said "Our King Eomer still has trouble with the Westfold and the Evil men that still reside there, so we will not be going over the mountain passes."

Eruraina bowed, and left, knowing being at the council was not her place.
The elf maiden, face still hooded from sight, said she would go fight for Middle-Earth even though she would go West...
