Deawen, get some men from the village, any who can be spared, and tell them to fetch as many axes as might be left, and tell them to come to me.

She snatched it up with her free hand, and gave the small girl to one of the village women.

" What's this?" She appeared behind Sen, standing solemnly, and a bit ashamed. Her eyes met his, wondering if he thought her as a demon or witch as well.[/font]

Indeed. I am far from home as well, but how far, I cannot say. Gandalf only will bid me to tell, and until he does, there is no way that information can be pried from my lips. I will stay here for the time being, and help to rebuild what was lost.

[font=Times New Roman, serif] Eilwynn arched a brow as Sen spoke, seeing that he had either forgot to answer her first question which she asked twice, or he had ignored it. During his reply, she quietly slipped the coin-bag back into his hands. It wasn't until he mentioned a familiar name that she spoke.

" You know Gandalf then?" Her voice had suddenly taken a hint of keen interest and light joy. " He is a fine fellow, I do not doubt that he has good reason for you to remain silent about yourself."

Yes, I do know Gandalf, and to speak with him is one reason that I am in these lands. A terrible storm is brooding on the horizon, and I have come to bring the Storm which will help combat it. The coins are for the people, to replace all the items they have lost in the fire. I will replace their houses in the best way I know how, though it will leave me exhausted and maybe even vulnerable in the end.
