(Going with the flow of an rp means examining what the posts say before, not disrupting them too much, and trying to act accordingly and in the likeness of the times. You haven't even posted your character's discription yet...)

(I don't mean to be rude or anything, Aramel, but I'm just stating the facts and asking you to please consider the rp... *mumbles* didn't even get my character right... tis not Silmarwen in this... her name is Tahlavain if you look in the previous posts. Sorry, but I'm picky... if I'm wrong, someone can correct me... Niell perhaps... since this is his rp...)

Tahlavain repeated her question after having stated her reasons. "So... will you be joining the tournament? They're the best in the land, so perhaps it is too high a challenge for you?..."

Niell raised a brow, "your methods of convincing aren't very original," he stated dryly. "But I'm not one to walk away from a challenge. Just tell the other contestants not to drink anything. My mysterious friend is a coward but he's desperate enough to carry out his plan."

Tahlavain looked at him curiously. "I will be sure to tell them so... they usually have a 'good luck' drink all together before the event... but I can prevent that. Why does your mysterious friend plan to do such a thing?... or is that too personal a question?" she arched her brow.

"I can't really call him my friend. He's more of an aquaintance that I'm forced to be in contact with." Niell shifted his position a bit. "As for why he would do it, he's a pureblood dark elf."

"Ah.." Tahlavain nodded. "I suppose it wouldn't do any good telling anyone about him? He'd probably have some trick up his sleeve if he was found out..."

Slinging the haversack over her shoulder she strode out of the garden, through the courtyard, and to the tournament. Keeping a relaxed expression about her features, she calmly nodded to the two that she had seen earlier.
" Good luck." Her voice was smooth and little too quiet for a formal greeting.
Finding a seat in the shade, she cocked it back against a tree that stood behind it, resting her feet up on the short stone wall that seperated the onlookers from the tournament ring. Shifting to a comfortable position in her reclined state, she waited for everything to begin, her hand secretly resting on the hilt of one of her daggers.

Tahlavain nodded and smiled slightly as someone, the other stranger she had noticed that day, spoke the words "good luck". Her gaze followed the lady as she went and sat under the shade. Tahlavain glanced over at the judges stand, and seeing they were nearly ready, pulled away from the tree. She swiftly walked over to the stand and, pointing to the awaiting 'good luck' drinks, she spoke a few words to the elders and the tray was removed. She returned to the tree and leaned against it with a smirk, "There... settled... there shall be no chance anything will happen... besides, I am in charge of the refreshment drinks, and that shall be miravor (spl?) from my own flask, since only a sip is needed..."

Sighing, she flicked a fallen leaf that had rested itself on her lap; eyes shifting from contestant to contestant.
