The Nazgul hissed and flew off speedily, leaving to tell his master. Rain saihed with relief when it was out of sight, and grasped Tur on the shoulder. Just then four riders rode up on their steeds. Two elves, one man, one hobbit. The hobbit was, of course, Samwise Gamgee, the man was a Rohirric captain, and the elves were elf captains. one from Mirkwood, the other from Lothlorien.
"We have come to aid King Elessar as time grows dark again," stated the elf from Lothlorien...

"Aye, I do. Marriadoc Brandybuck, and Peragrin Took are with, with a few others." Sam replied. Rain nodded, then looked at the army behind the four riders.
"There are many... what about from Rivendell?"
"The only pass across the Misty Mountains this time of years has been blocked by an avalanch, they will have to find a way around before they come..."

Rain smiled.
"We should prepare. We're on the verge of a battle that must be won, or the race of men, elves, and hobbits alike will fall. Come, we have much preprations to do, my friends." she said, her smile fading, but the luaphter in her eyes not. She mounted Fuin, who had been standing behind them with the other mounts. Roina did the same, and they group rode off to Minas-Tirith.

There the catapults and gates and men were readied for the battle. Instead of putting on her usual black travel/fighting cloths, Rain put on elven armor, and Fuin was tacked with armor as well. Soon she waited in the courtyard of the bottom level, stairing at the darkening sky, as if hoping. Roina, in silver gondorian armor, walked up and hugged her mother.
"Why do you watched the sky?" she asked Rain.
"Waiting for an old friend or two to come," she replied, and smiled when she heard wing beats. And a moment later a green dragon flew in and landed infront of them.
"Who...?" Roina trailed off.
"Orlinos, my good friend," she said, smiling and walking over to the dragon.
"Long time no see."

Turwaithiel smiled as she walked over to Rain and Ronia, Ver following her. They both had on very light but strong Elvish armor, Tur's in red and Ver's in blue. She smiled at the dragon, and then looked at her friends. "The hour is at hand, my friends, where we have a chance to ride out together..." A loud clasp of thunder broke through and Tur looked at the them. "Are you with me?"

Rain unsheathed her Rohirric sword, and raised it high over her head.
"I am ready, for the ride of the friends... for that is what this ride shall be called. And bards will sing about our names for ages to come." She said, putting her free arm on Tur's shoulder.

Roina walked over to Ver and layed her head on his shoulder.
"I, too, am ready for this ride to battle..."

(Oi... it feels like it's been forever... sorry, I'm a little hyper! Yesterday I deffeated Sauron in LotR The Third AGe PS2 game, and today I found out I finnaly fit in this one dress I've had forever, and now you're back!)

Orlinos lifted his head and roared, before snaking it around the statue to watche Aragorn, Arwen, Sam, Merry, Pippin, and a few other walk up, leading their horses and in armor.

(really? I love the Third Age Game.....it was so much fun! Man, I feel so lost....I'm not in any(or barely any) RPG's or clubs or contests and it's hard.....anyway, it's good to talk to friends, though!!!! )

Tur looked over at the rest of her old friends and smiled at Aragorn. "We are ready to die for you, my King." She said, half bowing.

Ver kissed Ronia on the forehead before letting go of her and mounting his horse.

Roina's smile faded, realizing it was time to get serious. She mounted her mount, and collected the reins.

Aragorn smiled to the elves, and mounted Brego.
"It's good to have friend fighting by me," he said as the hobbits mounted their ponies with a little help.

"You don't mind if I say a 'speach' before we charge, to the army, do you?" Rain asked Aragorn.

"No, not at all my friend."
