Arinae shrugged slightly. "No, it's not cold.... they're down to the right hand road.... I have no idea what they are making, and I thought perhaps you would have a better idea of it, and see if it would be properly effective..."

"I do," said Tindomerel, shivering again, "And trust me, they are something you do not want against you. I have seen what these can do. And to tell you the truth, I never want to see one again."
She stood up, brushing off her dress. "But I'll go," she said, Nimloth getting up also, "I'll just have to set aside my...fears."
She quickly walked to the door, Nimloth trotting after her. "No, NImloth," said Tindomerel, turning a round, "Stay."
Nimloth stopped and sat in the middle of the room, looking at Tindomerel, sadly. "Watch Rhayader."
The wolf turned around and lay down on the floor by Rhayader's cot.

Arinae looked at Tin for a moment then nodded, understanding. "I'm sorry.... You do not have to you know. I can get someone else to oversee it..."

Jax listened as the roup tlked of the weapons. It seemed a powerfull thing.
But now all the assistance he could be was to sit and wait for the battle. That's all he had been good at for years... killing. He hated it though.

Rhayader layed back in his bed and kept a hand on the wolf stroking it's fur.
"I could..."

By then, Tindomerel had left. She closed the door behind her, after grabbing her cloak, leaning on it. One word came from her mouth.
"Wilwarin," she murmered, crying softly in her hands.
She had been her best friend, before she died. She wept for a moment. She then called through the door, "I'm going for a ride!"
She quickly ran down the halls. She whistled and Lebethron came trotting over to her. She mounted, not really caring that she was still wearing a dress still. And not caring about the pain in her leg.
She then started toward the gate. "Where are you going, my lady?" asked a guard.
"Out for a ride," answered Tindomerel, her mood very sour.
"But, my lady..."
"Open the (insert swear word of your personal choice here) gates!" she snapped, gripping the hilt of her sword.
Startled by Tindomerel use of words and actions, the guard opened the gate, Lebethron galloping through, Tindomerel hiding her face with the hood of her cloak. No one realized that the proud elf maiden was crying.

Arinae was a little startled by the elf's sudden departure then finally turned to look at Rhayader again. "If you believe you can handle the task after resting a while longer, I would rather not put Lady Tin through anymore stress... I do believe she was somewhat distraught by the mention of these weapons...."

Rhayader began snoring loudly his hand on the wolf's head now limp and inactive, totaly ignoring Arinae.

Arinae smiled slightly and silently crept from the room, allowing Rhayader to rest. She sighed as she stepped outside and pulled her cloak close about her, a wind beginning to whip across the land and through the city, catching her hair and throwing it across her face. She used both her hands to get it untangled and out of her vision. "I need to get cleaned up..." she mumbled to herself and headed to the nearest water source.
Burrowing a bucket from someone, Arinae dipped out some water and then proceeded to splash it against her face with her hands, shivering against the chil of it. After cleaning her blood and dirt splattered hair, she shook the water out and made her way towards the gates, slipping out a side door and standing a distance outside the city, her hair whipping behind her in the wind, her elven-made cloak clung tightly about her. She peered silently in the direction from which the enemy would come, a determind expression on her face.

((What time of day is it???))
Tindomerel rode around Edoras, making sure she still could see the city. She couldn't think straight. She realized it was quite stupid to run out there, but her father once said that she always did stupid things when she got emotional. She hoped off Lebethron, leaning against a rock. She slid down, looking at Lebethron, feeling helpless.
"I should have never come with Arinae," she said, looking at the black stallion, "Coming to Rohan was a very big mistake. I can pass through quickly, but this is too much..."
She closed her eyes, tears falling down her cheeks. "Too much pain," she mumbled, softly, thinking of when she last saw Wilwarin...
"So, Tin," said Wilwarin, standing at Tindomerel's side, "You thought you could trick your best friend into thinking you were a normal warrior?" "Please don't tell Haldir, Wilwarin," begged Tindomerel, "I want to prove myself to..." "To who, Tin?" asked Wilwarin, looking at her friend, curiously. "To everyone," said Tindomerel, "Everyone who ever doubted me." "Be careful, mellon nin," said Wilwarin, "I can not protect you through the whole battle." "Who says I need protecting?"
Tindomerel tried to force the memories from her mind. She couldn't think at all. She wasn't able to force it away.
Tindomerel had moved away from her place on the wall. She turned to see Wilwarin, hacking down an orc. "How are you, Tin?" asked Wilwarin, loking at her friend for a moment. "I'm..." started Tindomerel. The wall then blew up, inches away from Tindomerel. "Wilwarin!!!!!!!!" screamed Tindomerel, seeing her friend fall to the ground, dead and lifeless...
Tindomerel heard something behind her. Before she could turn around, she felt something hit her in the head, hard. Before she slipped into unconsciousness, she felt her wrists being bound by ropes.

(Morning, at the break of dawn.... << And I'm getting a little irritated by everyone getting wounded so frequently!! It's very unreal.... *is soon going to lose temper*)
Arinae let out another sigh and watched as the dawn took over the sky, spreading bright colors above the plains. The wind still persisted, whipping her redish gold hair dry.

((Tindomerel's not going to get wounded much anymore. She's what you'd call a bargining tool. After all, she is the sister of Gondor's queen...))
Tindomerel woke up, keeping her eyes closed. She could hardly make out the voices around her. "Fools!" yelled a voice, "Don't you know who this is?"
"An elf?" answered another voice.
"This is Tindomerel! She's the sister of Gondor's queen!!!"
"Oh. What does that mean?"
"It means that we can use her," said the first voice that had spoken, "They'll do all they can to protect the poor, little, helpless elf..."
Tindomerel struggled, but found her wrists and ankles bound by ropes. She opened her amber eyes, which were filled with a deadly fire. She thrashed out her legs, tripping the man that had first spoken and was the cloest to her. "That's helpless for you," she snarled, glaring at him firecely.
The man stood up. "I think I liked you better unconscious," he growled.
Tindomerel noticed that Lebethron wasn't there. She dearly hoped the stallion was alright and would tell Arinae and the others what had happened...

Sitting atop the wall Jax noticed Lady Tin's stalion running back unmounted.
He ran tot he edge and climbed down the wall. Searching the citty he soon found Arinae.
"Lebethron has returned without Lady Tin!" Jax yelled out as he saw Arinae not far off.

Arinae came out of her trance like gaze towards the sunrise, hearing Jax. She glanced towards the unmanned horse and muttered curses under her breath. "That's the last straw! I can't take my eyes off that elf ever again!" she muttered half to herself. She sprinted in through the gates again, just as Lebethron arrived. She leapt upon the steed and wheeled towards Jax. "I'm going to find out where she is.... stay behind and.... if I don't return, have Rhayader help you prepair the defense..." Before anyone could stop her, she whispered in elvish to the horse and it bolted off in the direction it had come from.

"Shouldn't somone go with you!" he called after her... but it seemed to do no good.
Quickly he ran up to Eomer to explain the situation.
"I request that somone be sent out after her... she could run into the army." Jax requested.

"And I think I'd like you better dead," snapped Tindomerel, her eyes on fire, "But we can't always have what we want, can we?"
"With you as our barginning tool, we can have anything we want," snapped the man, glaring down at the elf, "Your sister will want you back, unharmed."
"I would rather die than be used like that," said Tindomerel, firecely.
"Well, you don't have much of a choice, do you, little elf," asked the man.
Tindomerel glared at him, finding it made her feel much better. Her glare was always quite startling and she was proud when the man soon broke down.
"Stop it," he said, slapping her across her cheek.
She whinced at the blow, but looked the man in the eye again, holding her head high. She looked away, looking around her. It was, without a doubt, the group that had held Rhayader captive. It was far too small to be the army.
She guessed that Arinae would be mad. No...mad was an understatement. The elf sighed. Thinking hard about an escape.
Tindomerel noticed that the man wasn't looking at her. She rubbed her wrists on the ground, trying to get the ropes off. She could see her sword, not that far away. If she could just free her hands...
