Aramel quickly shot the hovering Uruk, sending him down to the ground, dead.

Tindomerel slashed at the Uruk-Hai. Her beautiful dress was splattered with blood. She moved with grace, slashing each Uruk-Hai perfectly. Lebethron was galloping at her and the group of Uruk-Hai that surrounded her. The Uruk-Hai jumped out of the way, but Tindomerel jumped on the horse's back, cleanly cutting off an Uruk-Hai's head.

Aramel chucked her dagger at the Uruk in front of Tindomerel, sending it down in front of her friend's feet.

Tindomerel was glad that Aramel had killed the Uruk that had attacked her. Tindomerel continued to hack the heads off Uruks, safely atop Lebethron, her arm still thobbing with pain.

Aramel side-dodged an Uruk and saw the archer aiming his arrow at Rhan.
"Rhavaniel! Look out!" At the last minute, Aramel jumped in front of Rhavaniel and took the arrow. It pierced her left shoulder and she cried out in pain.

A scream escaped Tindomerel's mouth as she saw Aramel get pierced by an arrow. Her eyes were wide with fear. Was she alright?
Tindomerel barely had the time to think. She quickly slashed at the Uruks around, eyes blazing with a dangerous fire.

((As do i. I have written three, to match the trilogy. The First one is a short scene at the council of Elrond. The second, Two Towers, and Third, Return of the King. I personally like the way the 3rd fanfic ends. But, I won't give anything away.))

Having heard the sweet whistle of arrows taking flight and the coarse cries of Orcs, Aredhel quickened her pace, rather curious. Her bare feet made no sound on the earth as she made her way along, and her ears guided her towards the small battle all the easier.
Just as she stepped past a particularly tall tree, her eyes focused on a certain fowl arrow coarsing through the air, and she winced even before it struck the shoulder of the young woman. Another lady screamed and Aredhel's mind was immediately empty of everything besides the wounded lass.
She sprang into a run and at last reached the young woman's side.
"Come with me." She murmured, placing a steadying arm around the wounded one's shoulders. Quickly and quietly, she helped the other to the nearby safety of trees. "Wait here. If you know how, doctor yourself. I will return." Aredhel then bounded away, her bow and arrows singing until they hit their mark and thus caused Orcs to be screaming.
She continued fighting, keeping Orcs from advancing on the wounded woman, not bothering to explain her actions to the others who still slayed goblins.
