Turwaithiel looked down at her side again. "Oh, that...an goblin arrow nicked my side, but I'm..." Turwaithiel leaned against the wall, trying not to show the weird pain that continued. Yet, for some reason, the hobbit kept catching her eyes. She looked at him again.

"Let me guess." Meleth said shortly. "You're fine." She turned away. "Last time I said I was fine, I carried a deep wound in my side for at least a day and almost died thereafter. I have the scar still."

Tramius frowned at the new arrival.
"We must move on. We have little in the way of food and a mine to march through."
He sheathed his sword and took an old torch. Using some flint and a stone he relit it and began walking down the hall, into the moutain side.

A smile appeared on Cole's face at the sight of the elf. He realized that Saedd had asked him a question a while back as they began to walk again, upon Tramius' command.

"I'm feeling better, I suppose. A bit hungry, but other than that no worse for wear. And you?"

He was telling the truth. Things were falling into place now. They weren't safe yet though...Moria was a dangerous place...

Meleth looked at Tramius, a flicker of annoyance crossing her face. "I'll help you with that when we stop for the night," she said quietly to Turwaithiel, and jerked her head in Tramius' direction. "Let's go."

Tramius let the group walk on while he dropped back bringing Meleth with him.
"I sense that you disagree with my methods, and posibly do not like me. Personaly that means nothing to me, I do not care if you love me or hate me as long as the task is completted at whatever cost then I will be happy."
He narrowed his eyes at her.

Meleth's black eyes narrowed right back and she replied coolly, "Your apathy, likewise, means nothing to me. If you want your task completed, I would suggest you treat the members of your party with slightly more respect." Her eyes glinted a little. "You are not the only intelligent one here. However, if you are as apathetic as you profess, my opinion likely means nothing to you, and so I do not intend to waste my time." She walked ahead of him, tossing her silver hair over one shoulder, and plainly indicating that she did not wish to discuss the matter further.

Meleth heard him and closed her eyes for a moment, controlling herself. She kept walking, pretending she hadn't heard a thing, and wondering seriously for a moment whether the success of this particular mission was rather jeopardized by its assertive leader.

Meleth watched everyone as they walked, curious about this small, thrown-together band. She did not for one moment suspect that the hobbit was not there for a reason, having complete faith in Aragorn's judgement, but she was curious about some of the others.

Your leader knows best, even when he seem absurd. The other's are strong warriors and even in the darkess hour, some light will shine through. I promise you that." She smiled and let go of his shoulder.
