Aren marked the style of there weapons, there clothing, and the strange medalions around there necks. With his sword he reached down and pulled one off from around the dead man's neck.
Leaning over he picked it up and looked at it. It was strange, almost like a round spider web made of gold that sparkled even without the sun's light shining on it. In the center was a red stone resembling a cat's eye.

He looked ont he others, they all had the same emblem hanging from ther necks. "It must mean something." he said softly to himself.

Ainawen had been lost in thought about who these misterious (sp?) men were (& my teachers have decided 2 load me down w/ like 5 tests this week....once again, sorry!!) She wondered who they were. But even more, she wondered why Rhan wouldn't say. She glanced at her. She didn't trust her. Not one bit.
Suddenly the dog took off. Ainawen quickly ran after everyone else, who all sprinted after the dog.

Nethwen stopped, then whistled. Her horse Carnëpauriel ran up she jumped on him and then took off after Tanhil who was still running.

Rhan ran but when she saw the horse comming up from behind, she flashed Nethwen a quick smile the swung herself behind her.

Tanhil stopped at the mouth of a cave a few miles later. "Hmm...you don't imagine a villians layer being a cave..." Nethwen said as she got off her horse.

The cave was dark and small at the mouth, but the farther back the larger it seemed to be getting. It's steep slant traveled farther and farther underground, enormous space filling there view.
"I can't believe I never found this before..." Aren mused.
"It looks fun." he smiled.
