Pippin came back in time to hear Sam's question. "I remember old Cole Cotton!" He said as he handed Sam his ale. "He was an jolly fellow. Maybe he'll show for the fireworks tomorrow. Didn't he always love fireworks? Or was it someone else?" Pippin inquired.
(i won't play with Turwaithiel until we get to Rivendell...)

Gandalf had found what he had been searching for, which was cause for him rushing towards the Shire, not stopping once in any town or speaking to another person. He was slightly tired yes, but he couldn't let another figure out what was about to happen.
