Arinae stood as well, taking a few steps back, her expression somewhat relieved. "The enemy has taken leave... what they are doing I am not sure, but I have sent scouts out after them... but the reinforcements have arrived as well." She answered firmly, looking out over the land.

She herself leaned against the wall, looking down towards the grasses, flowing with the breeze of early morning. How she longed to be out there riding, free, uncaged, no burdens...

Jax walked through the distruction, looking around at the horors of war onece more.

From under the ruble he found a man's sword... stairing at it aimlessly emotions flooded his mind and soul untill he closed his eyes and pulled himself away from it's imag.

Off inthe corner he found a man who was tending to his wound, helping the injured man hoble to the doctors Jax didn't speek a word.

Afterwards he tried to rest... but he coudn't...his mind wouldn't let him.

Arinae turned heel and strode towards the gate as a scout made his way at full gallop, his horse lathered in sweat. The rider gasped out between breaths. "Milady, they have taken Helms Deep, seems as a fortress, and smaller groups are joining from the directions of the mountains and the pass." "What happened to the other two scouts?" Arinae demanded urgently. "They were taken captive milady, I alon escaped..." Arinae nodded grimly and clenched her jaw, letting out a curse in Rohirric. "We had but a few men there... I should have known that is where they were headed..." She mumbled half to herself.
