"Thanks Darrell, I feel much better already!" Luth said after taking a sip from the flask Gwen handed her. "I'm going to find my horse, if we are going soon." She noticed Larael making ready to depart.

Gwen nodded and said, "Oh right, me too," and went off to find her own horse. First she put on the pad and saddle, fastened the girth tightly, then slipped off the rope halter she had made for him, and pulled on his bridle once more. With a moments sigh to collect herself, Gwen leapt up, found her stirrups, and urged the horse back to the rest of the group.

Seeing that the others were impatient to depart, Elenriel went to search for her mare. Upon finding her, she sighed in relief as she gently stroke her neck. "Am I glad to see you again," she replied to her friend. With that she quickly mounted her mare and rode out to the rest of the group.

Luthien got up from her tree-seat and ventured into the nearby brush. Seeing a moving shape in the distance, she snuck up on her horse and managed to grab his bridle. He whinnied and bucked slightly under her touch. Luth stroked his nose patiently until he calmed down. She laughed softly, "I think I shall name you Panache, for you certainly have it!"

Leading Panache out into the clearing with the others, she picked up her saddle bag and tied it once again to the saddle. Mounting stiffly, she suddenly remembered her weapons and searched around the battle field until she spotted her sword and bow. Thank goodness I remembered these!

Caunion wiped his sword clean from the filthy goblin blood that tainted it. He then sheathed it and gathered up all of his medicial herbs. He put on his lamellar armor as he knew he will be needing that again. He mounted his horse, who has been patiently waiting for him. He rubbed his neck fondly and said, "I haven't given you a name, have I? How does Galt sound?" Galt neighed and Caunion took it that he liked it.

Elenriel looked down at her mare. "My, how could I have not given you a name." she said softly to her. "How about Aranel?" she whispered. The mare whinnied happily in response. "Okay. Aranel it is."

Darrell retrieved his flask of miruvor and stowed it in his pack. He then returned to his horse, and mounted. Turning to Ellie he said "I'm ready to go. But I suggest me camp down some point soon, because night is fast approaching. I'm prepared to do first watch, unless anyone eles wants to claim it"

[Hope you don't mind about the suggestion about making camp. We can't go all the way to Edoras without sleep ]

Melda emerged from the bushes looking annoyed but leading her horse, who was munching contentedly on something or other. She mounted and tried not to yawn too widely.

"Good point Darrel," Larael said,"We should get going and make camp farther off away from all these dead bodies. I don't feel like sleeping next to dead things tonite or any other night for that matter."

Gwen squezed her horse's sides [whom she had now named Thalion], urging him forward into a canter just behind Elegost. She sat back, relaxing over Thalion's smooth pace. Gwen had not realized how tired she was, and was now very much hoping it wouldn't be too long before they made camp.

Luthien rode closer to the small group talking amongst themselves. Overhearing Darrell's comment about making camp she smiled gratefully. What a day! After all the excitement she was quite ready for a good nap.

Brego smiled at this idea. Camping sounded great to her about now. She walked along side her horse. She was tired of riding atleast for now.

Larael rode up beside Gwen, just catching Ellie's question. She shielded her eyes from the setting sun to look into the distance.
"That looks okay to me," she said. Larael blushed realising that she wasn't really in charge, and her speaking out may be for nothing.

Gwen pulled down to a walk at Ellie's question to look where he was pointing. The grass was green and thick, and there were a few trees that would ensure shade.
"Yeah, sure," she said, nodding in agreement with Larael.
