Hello everyone ^^ I have one of those annoying ideas, that may come off sounding strange, but I still want to post. Nighttime is as beautiful as day to elves, and they have sung many a song about Varda, the Star Queen of Old, and Tilion, the Huntsman of the silver bow, the bearer of the Moon. Mirkwood is a happy place, having finaly driven out most of the orcs that still lingered in the forest, and the halls of its haven echo with joy. But evil is stirring again, in the ruins of Dol Guldor, and the spiders and wolves are restless. A shadow has been thrown over the moon, a constant cloud hangs over the forest. Many throw caution to the wind, and belive this just to be freak weather.'Sauron lies dormant' they say 'Dol Guldor lies empty, and the Hunters are merely imagening things.' But when a patrol of hunters finaly goes missing, the King decides that something must be done. He sends out another patrol and another, and finaly realises that they are not coming back. Thranduril has offended some of his advisors, his archers, by not acting sooner, and so they have left the palace. The orcs and demons return, making unsafe, the old forest road. Along with what seems to be a new race. None have seen these warriors and lived, apart from the birds and the beasts, which tell they seem alike to men and orcs simiultaniously. Whispers of capture and torture start to circulate the realm, and it seems all hope is lost, the sun seems dim and the moon is gone from sight. King Thranduril sends out messengers to the elves that left him, his most prized hunters, archers and warriors, requesting their help on the matter, demanding they return to serve him, to protect his people. But will they come? |

Clothes: a long, flowing, gown or in battle a form fitting green tunic Skills: Trained in both sword and bow and knows limited healing spells Special Powers: Able to communicate telepathically. Although she possesses this skill, she prefers to keep it hidden and only does so often with those she trusts. Personality: Strong-willed and dignified, she often masks her tender spirit behind an exterior of steel. However, she is extremely faithful and will do all in her power to defend all whom she loves and holds dear. Mother: Lady Maerwen, the daughter of Lady Faelwen of Rivendell and Lord Valdaglerion of Lorien. Father: Lord Beinion, a close friend of King Thranduil. History: Born as a Lady of the Mirkwood Court, her telepathy powers were soon recognized at an early age and much of her time was consumed training in the art of war. Vanya spent many hours with the royal family and was the constant companion of Prince Legolas. The two were so close, that it was often assumed that both would become husband and wife. King Thranduil then arranged a marriage for the prince with a golden haired elven maiden of Lothlorien. Many years after Prince Legolas’s marriage, Vanya traveled to Rivendell and later to Lothlorien to visit her kin. In Lorien, she learned healing spells under the Lady of Light and fell in love with Lord Thalion. Shortly after their meeting, the two were soon wed amid family and friends in the Golden Woods, each pledging to stand by the other for eternity. Her parents gave her their blessings, yet, there was a bitterness at their parting as they could sense they would not see her again. She dwelled in Lothlorien in peace for many more years, until she received word that her parents were maliciously slain in an orc raid. Angered at herself for failing both her duty as a daughter and her duty to her country, she and her husband quickly raced to the land of her birth to aid in defending the embattled kingdom. Marriage information: Beloved wife of Lord Thalion And I'll bring in Thalion every now and then as well (though I have not created a bio for him). |
