Alythrya looked up at Eldarion and kissed him lightly on the lips. "I thank Eru every day for you, my love, for I would be lost without you." She said, hugging him and then nodded.

Eldarion unsheathed his sword, and with his other hand took Alythrya's hand. They carefully stepped into the courtyard, and sure enough, on the other side stood three orcs huddling around something. It wasn't long before one of them noticed to cupple, and soon all three were stalking across the courtyard toward them...

Alythrya took her lovers hand and unshealthed her curved sword in the other, looking at the orcs without fear. "Orcs!" She cursed lightly.

At once Eldarion jumped into action, blocking a blow from the first, then striking, cutting the orc across the chest. Not a killing wound, but enough to stun him so Eldarion had time to cut off his head.
(I was thinking it'd be cool if we each killed an orc, and then stab the third at the same time, lol!)

Alythrya then also jumped into action, taking on the orc to the far right of the group of three orcs, dodging the orcs sword just barely, ducking down and stabbing the orc through the stomach.

When his orc was dead, Eldarion turned to stab the last one in the stomach...

...and Alythrya, with the same speed and agility as her lover, spun around and at the exact same moment, stabbed the orc through the stomach. She looked over at Eldarion and grinned. "My, my, don't great minds think alike?"

Eldarion grinned and nodded, before pulling his sword out of the orc, and whiping the blood on his cloak.
"Now, I wonder if there are more. We should alert the tower guard."

Eldarion nodded, and led them toward one of the many guard's quarters in Minas-Tirith. To their dismay, all of the guards were slaughtered, and the rope to the warning bell cut.

Eldarion gently squeezed Alythrya's hand, and led the way up some stairs to the courtyard of the White Tree of Gondor. He kept his gaze from the evil sight of Mordor, and went into the great hall. There Faramir sat on the lower throne, looking deep in thought about something...
