Elboron led Aralas to a place in the beautiful forest with a small stream flowing over smooth, grey stones. "Wow," Aralas breathed in awe. Elboron motioned for them to sit down. Elboron looked at Aralas, looked away, then turned back. Aralas' mind flashed back to when she and her siblings were little. They used to play many games together and she, Elboron and Eldarion would be on one team, and her sisters would be on the other. The king, queen, Legolas, Gimli, Faramir and Eowyn would be talking in the Tower of Ecthelion. These meeting had happened almost every week, and the families grew very close. A tear appeared in the corner of her eye, and she blinked to let it go away. Elboron took a deep breath and started, "Aralas, we've known each other for so long, that I was wondering if..." Aralas looked shocked. She stopped him in the middle of the sentence. "Elboron, I'm so sorry, but I think that my destiny leads me to another path. You'll always be a good friend to me, but..." Aralas trailed off, and she looked in the direction of the West. "But the Sea is calling." Elboron sighed and looked down. "I'm sorry," Aralas called, running back to her room. Tears were now running freely down her face. I'm disappointing so many people now. Why? What's happening to me? I used to give people smiles, now all I'm doing is make people hate me. Aralas reached her bed, sat down, and cried. |

(That was for the Fellowship RPG. You know, RPers might get their character in love with Aragorn, Legolas? Yuck. But... I don't know why I did this XP but Elboron likes her.) Aralas looked up. Eru and Turwethiel were standing in the doorway, and Elboron was standing behind them, looking a bit disappointed and embarrassed at the same time. Aralas didn't want to hurt him, so she didn't say anything about their conversation. "Well, I just miss everyone. No big deal," Aralas said, uneasy. It wasn't a lie, it was true. It's just that it wasn't what she was crying about. Elboron cleared his throat and announced that a feast was prepared, then walked away. Aralas felt a bit sorry for him. Aralas closed the door and got dressed. |

Aralas turned around. "Eru. Don't sneak up on me like that!" Aralas exclaimed. She was obviously annoyed, but tried to smile, but failed. A frown crept up her face instead. "If you want to know, don't say a word to anyone. And I mean it. Okay?" |
