Summary:
It is the eve of the final battle against Sauron's mass army and the soldiers are growing restless. Tensions are rising and people will do anything they can in order to feel like they've done the most one can do in their lifetime. Risky behavior, romance, drinking oneself into a stupor... You be the judge of what your character does in his final moments before an epic battle that's good verses evil.

Brief Appearance Info: Amara has long blonde hair that is always braided on the sides (much like Legolas), her skin is flawless and fair and her eyes are the shade of blue that match the vast seas. She is tall and thin and very light on her feet -- Very nimble.

(Going to adapt one of my characters from my book and fit him into LOTR if you don't mind me joining in with him.  ) Name: Cyril, son of Rowen Sex: Male Age: Unknown Weapons: Sword, bow and arrows, and a dagger Place of Birth: Dol Amroth Brief Appearance Info: Sharp features, loose brown hair cut just short enough to keep it out of his face, a muscular build suited for a fighter, and he wears light armored guards over his black traveling outfit. History: Cyril was Born in Dol Amroth, though no one there claims to know him. There was a Cyril son of Rowen in the city records but was recorded to have been born over one hundred years ago. Many assume this man has stolen the identity of a long dead admired city hero. It is said in city records that Cyril son of Rowen warded off attackers who sought to destroy the town when he was but a young boy. Shortly after, all history of him vanishes from the city records.

Brief Appearance Info: Dark hair, slightly curled, roughly hewn about the shoulders. Slight facial hair, thickening at the chin that is also roughly hew, and sea-grey eyes. Attire was his sturdy, yet supple and well-worn rust-brown leathers consisting of boots, breeches, and jerkin. Over it all he would wear a well-worn dark grey-green hooded cloak that had some few small tatters, unadorned except with a silver brooch of the White Tree of Gondor on the left shoulder.

You need to come visit here more often!
I'm in. I could have another OC for this.
A question is if this is the 'final' battle, would that be at the Morannon before the gates of Mordor? Would be hard to do much drinking and carousing there, unless we write it retrospectively. Thoughts

Well, that's a good question. We could definitely do retrospectively and it doesn't necessarily have to be carousing, if not thinking on all of the things that needed to be done in their last moments (/if/ it's their last moments).

I guess until I see this starting, I'll get more into it at that time.
I think it's up to you Amara to get this started. I'll then have a feel for what and how it will work.
