Post subject:	Before the War
This is simply a role play before the War of the ring. Around the time of the hobbit (book) aka Bilbo Baggins Adventure. Anyone can enter! My character then: Name: Silver Ann Collins Age: 14 Race: Mortal (Human) Appearance: Long blonde hair, Deep Gray eyes, fair skin Personality: Witty, Can be a bit quiet sometimes, stubborn and such. She wishes to travel around middle earth to see if the tales about the beutiful elven city in the woods is real, or the land of the small people do exist. To her there all stories, to her friends and family at least. Though she doesnt believe that. Lives?: She lives neer bree in a small home. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Silver woke up rubbing her eyes and looked around, the smell of smoke, not normal smoke from a fireplace, but like something nearby was burning. She jumped out of bed and threw her clothes on. Quickly she ran outside and mounted her familys horse, riding to figure out whats going on. She wrode following a river till she looked over and saw a house on fire- and two bodies hunged on the roof post. A small tear rushed down her silky face, quickly she galloped her horse over there.

Name:Lillian Rose Age:18 Race:Human Appearance: Deep auburn hair that reaches her mid-back, eyes of emerald green, fair skin, and soft features ( http://i2.tinypic.com/qn3g36.jpg ) image edited and used from http://www.3d-poser-art.com/store/sunsh ... egory&id=4 Personality: A cunning mind when tested but is very laid back and easy to talk to Lives: Once lived in Rohan before her parents died, now she travels around Middle-earth living nowhere in particular --------------------------------- Lillian was traveling through the forests with her snowhite mare Sable when she said a flicker of light in front of her. Being her curious self she mounted Sable and rode slowly towards the light. After an hour or so of riding she began to smell a strange aroma. Almost like burning wood...

Silver looked up at the burnt bodies a shrilling feeling rushed over her. She bent down to what appeared to be a small dagger, it looked beat up and ragged and had blood covered in it. She dropped it then ran inside the house she looked around to see if anyone survived but no one was there, just the two bodies outside. She grabed a small short sword that was layen on the table and took the sheath and belted it on. She walked out she wasnt that good with a sword but- she cut the ropes off and the what appeared to be a mother and a small boy dropped. She looked at the eyes they seemed to have a haunting appearance. Quickly she walked over and grabbed a few wildflowers. She put them in the hands of the bodies with tears. Then walked back over to her horse.

As Lillian rode closer to the flickering light the smell of burning wood and flesh grew tenfold. She whispered softly into Sable's ear and then they were off. Her auburn hair billowing behind her as they rode hard towards the light. As her eyes adjusted to the wind she was able to see thick smoke clouding over what seemed to be a small time, she only hoped she wasn't too late.

Silver squinted her eyes seeing a figure in the distance riding closer, she wondered who it was. Quickly she mounted her horse to be ready for anything.

Lillian and Sable arrived at the small time too late. Lillian slid off her horse and took in the devastating surroundings. Every house was blackened by fire, ash, and smoke; some where even burned so badly that there was not even a house left. What saddened Lillian was the most is that there was not a soul in sight, that is no living soul. She slowly made her way to a small child and mother with wildflowers in their hands, a gentle tear rolled down her face as she tried to imagine what could harm such innocence.

Silver exaimned the lady, she seemed friendly. Then she glanced around at the burning houses. She couldnt just sit there so she rode over next to the figure.

Lillian heard footsteps behind her and stiffened in place. She did not expect anyone to be here. She slowly turned to see a young lady behind her, though she seemed friendly Lillian was not one to judge at first sight. This girl could be dangerous.

Silver dismounted and looked at the bodies again. "Who could have done this?? I knew these people" She sighed. Then ran her fingers through her long blonde hair. Her face darkened at the thought just came to her mind. Her father.

Lillian wasn't sure if she should speak but the gentle look on the girl's face told her otherwise. "I cannot imagine anyone displaying so much anger to someone. I am sorry for your loss, I know how losing someone feels" Lillian said softly as distant memories flashed through her mind.

Silver sighed. "I have to check on something...." She quickly mounted her horse and wrode back to her house. She saw her father layen dead on the ground quickly she jumped off her horse and ran over to him and knelt next to him...tears filledd her face. She was very sad about this for he was her closet friend, and only family member..she knew. She let out a yell of niose of anger and grief then stood up and wiped her tears off with her sleeve.

Lillian was about to speak but the girl had taken off too quickly. Instead Lillian payed a last respect to the woman and child before running the way the girl had, Sable following her. She hadn't gone far before she heard a pained yell, the girl. Lillian ran harder than ever before as she followed the sound.

Silver glared around she was angry, this had gone to far. Whoever did this silver wanted to see them dead. She sighed calming down.

Lillian wasn't sure if she should walk inside the house or not so she waited outside running her hands through Sable's mane. "I hope she is alright Sable..."

Lillian rushed over to stand before Silver. She could tell the girl had just encountered grief. "What happened?" Lillian said in a small concern voice OOC:(i probably won't be able to get on till late tomorrow so don't get too ahead of me)
