"Very well." Aeryn replied, reaching for the reins again. She was still very wary of this woman..she could tell she was a Half-Breed, like herself, but still..that in itself was not too extraordinary as it had been once. "Do you have a mount to ride?"

Cauiok noticed someone that was looking at him, his eyes upon him. Instantly, he placed a hand of his katana as his eyes looked for the person. They found him, a shadow human. Cauiok wondered what business he possible would want with him.

Luinnar turns her steed and follows the other girl, silent now, wondering if this is the best course of action. If not, she can get out of it. She always has before, anyway.......

After a few moments of moving along like this, Aeryn nudged her mare into a faster pace, since she had heard what sounded like hoofbeats nearby..and around here, that was never a good sign.

Luinnar hears the sounds as well, but pays them no heed, continuing to follow the other girl as she pushes her horse to a faster speed......

The sudden, sharp twang of a bowstring nearly brought Aeryn to a halt, and the arrow in question whizzed by her head, ruffling her hair, seconds later. Reaching for her own bow, she quickly nocked an arrow and half drew the string, looking around cautiously.
