"I'm fine," Calista replied to everyone in the room. "Please, do not worry," she whispered.
"Calista, your heart stopped beating twice. Do you know what that means? You actually DIED! I am not going to risk anything more happening to you!" Gareth pratically shouted, though his voice was tight with worry.
Wincing at the scene, Darius just remained silent. It seemed that the other couple seemed to be having some issues as well.

"Gareth, please," Calista whispered placating, hoping that he would calm down. "I am not going to stress myself out. I just want to gather a few things so I won't disturb Rosalina," she added softly. Not putting her down, Gareth merely carried her over to her drawers before setting her down, and just stood at her side in case she collapsed again.
Feeling Rosalina cringe, Darius just kept an arm around her, though he did not make a comment.

Rosalina looked at Darius. He looked strong, but she could see he was trying to hold on. He was pale, his stance unsteady. "You should get back to bed." she told him.

Glancing over at Darius, Calista could instantly see how weak he was. If she were stronger, she would attempt to try and heal him, but in her condition, she would not be able to get far in the process before she blacked out from sheer exhaustion. "Rosalina's right, you should rest," she added.
"As should you, my beautiful fiancé," Gareth whispered in her ear as he wrapped his arms around her waist.
Calista felt her flesh tingle at Gareth's warm breath against her skin and a small smile traced her lips at having him so close to her.

Darius sighed at softly but nodded to Rosalina. "As you wish, my dearest lady," he whispered. "I just want you to take it easy as well," he told her.

"All right," Darius murmured to Rosalina as the couple walked back to the guest room together Although he did not want to admit it, Darius knew that Rosalina was right. He was utterly exhausted from everything and needed the rest.

Grabbing most of her dresses out of her drawers, Calista just sighed heavily as she sank back against Gareth, the little movement she did already wearing her out. Tendering scooping Calista up in his arms again, Gareth merely gave her a sad smile as he just held her close.

Smiling at Rosalina, Darius pulled her close. "I like having you rest beside me, dearest love," he murmured softly before pressing a gentle kiss to her brow.

"Do you have everything, my love? If not I can help you gather your belongings."
"I think I have everything," Calista whispered against him.
"Then I will take you to my room now before Rosalina returns," he added as he carried Calista to his room, being sure to keep his steps gentle so as not to jar the woman resting in his arms.

Darius' eyes widened in surprise at her request and a roguish grin quickly spread over his face at her appeal. "I will be more than happy to oblige your wish, my dear," he remarked, a mischievous gleam in his eyes.

"I want to marry already," Calista whispered to Gareth out of the blue as he held her. "For a long time now I have only wanted to be yours," she remarked a shadow crossing over her face as she remembered her two ravishings.
"Shh, beloved, you are still pure in my eyes," Gareth whispered as he lightly stroked her cheek. "I know you did not willingly give yourself to others," he added, remembering how in both of her ravishings she ended up badly injured.
"It's not the same," Calista whispered as she buried her face in his neck.
"Relax, my beautiful angel, when you are stronger, we will wed. And I promise you, we will lawfully be one under heaven," Gareth murmured as he gently rubbed her back.
