oh and are the Xmen pitting still against the Brotherhood? oh nm first post... hm... so, since there's not a lot about the going on's of the brother hood, we can make up lots of stuff right? and where do we start? XMen 1,2 or 3?

This RP I was hoping could basically be our retelling of the events of X3. I'd like everyone to have total freedom over there characters, there's no need to follow the story of the third movie exactly. Sort of just use it as a template and see how things go.

But yeah, you can do whatever you want with the Brotherhood. If need be I'll take an extra couple of characters. Cyclops and maybe Callisto or Psylocke, just to boost the Brotherhood a bit.

(woot..time to get this thing started. )

He longingly stared out the window. Smiling to himself as he heard the happy chatter of youngsters. Looking out over the sprawling gardens of his inherited mansion. The Xavier Institute for Gifted Youngsters he called it. His mind began to wander, images of an all too recent past. His smile began to fade slowly.
"Jean" he whispered, the sound barely audible.

His thoughts were interupted by a mournful presence, just as the feelings of grief filed his mind, there was a knock at the door.
"Come in Scott"

The door opened slowly and standing before him was a tall man, with red lensed glasses on. His mood was sombre, his body tense.
"You wanted to see me Professor?" he stated almost coldly.

"Yes, Scott. I just wanted to talk to you, it's been so long since..." Xavier's words were cut off.

"Professor, I don't need to hear this again." Scott snapped, and turned on his heels to leave the room.

"Please Scott, I know this is hard on you. But there comes a time when we have to move on. Honour Jean's memory by living and becoming the leader you were born to be" Xavier sighed, trying to appeal to his better nature.

Scott stopped in his tracks, not even turning back to look at Professor Xavier.
"I can't do it anymore."

Without another word, Scott Summers walked out the study and towards the quarters. Xavier sighed heavily, he was taking the loss of his fiancee very heavily. He was bitter and angry at the world, and there wasn't anything he, or anyone else could do to ease his pain.

Terri Walker walked the halls of the institute, not as the woman she was, but as a young boy. She was curious about all that had happened since she left, it was also during this time that she learned of Jeans death. "Serves Xiaver right." she mumbled thinking about what he had done. She was so busy in her own thoughts that she didn't notice the man with the sunglass's pass her, but as soon as she did she turned around. "Scott?" she asked noticing the change in him.

((I was thinking that Terri and Scott could have been close, not romanticly like he was with Jean, but really good friends.))

hm it seems that i can't really get into this right now since... i play all evil charries and it wouldn't do to have them walkign down the halls of the mansion. =P ah well, i shall change my setting.

"Pyro, how near are we to our destination?" Magneto asked in an almost bored tone, as he watched the trees pass by in the forest from the window. Mystique was needed in this effort to bring the world under Mutant -or, as Magneto was inclined to call it, the Brotherhood- rule. Therefore, they were going to break into that pitiful security system they had on that pitiful piece of metal they called a bus. To get her. She had her uses.

"About 15 minutes. We'd better get ready. I'll pass it in around 15 minutes, then we can begin. I'll make sure nothing burns up the bus and make it explode, while you can break in and get Mystique."

"I'm well aware, my friend," Magneto replied condescendingly, "after all, it was I who made the plan."

As more trees passed by, Magneto settled back into his seat and waited with anticipation.

Scott skulked through the seemingly endless corridors of the Institute. He walked past a familiar face, an old friend. She called out to him, he contemplated walking on, ignoring her. Instead he stopped dead in his tracks.

He turned his head to the right slightly, purposefully avoiding her eyes.
"What is it Terri? I'm in a hurry" he said sharply.
