"Hmm..." Felicity murmured, thinking for a moment while twirling a lock of hair absentmindedly. "Wait...it couldn't be...I think that was Peter Pevensie." she said finally. "It had to be, it sounded just like him."

"Oh, right, yeah..." said Evelyn, remembering. "I met him last summer, when I stood at your house, remember?"

"Yeah, I remember, all right." Felicity replied, shaking her head slightly. "He scared the wits out of us falling out of that tree next to the fence. Then tried to pull an act that he was hurt." Laughing, she also remembered the 'staring games' that had occured when Evelyn wasn't looking.

"An act?" asked Evelyn, laughing. "So you mean that I helped him all the way down the street for nothing?" She wouldn't have known anything, as she had left that very night.

"Yes, it was all staged, Lucy told me the whole thing later!" Felicity said, smiling in an amused way. "And yes, you did that for nothing."

"Staged," she said, shaking her head and looking out the window. "For what?" she asked, looking back at her cousin.

Felicity shrugged. "I could never get a straight answer from Lucy, or even from Edmund or Susan." she replied, wrinkling her nose. "Of course, that's nothing new."

Evelyn outright laughed. After a moment, she said, "I wonder where they're going."

"Me, too." Felicity murmured, looking down at the tag attached to her own coat. "Where are you being sent, by the way?"

Evelyn sighed and checked her tag. "Some...professor's house."

"Same here.." Felicity said after a moment. "Bet that's going to be loads of fun.." she said sarcastically.

Susan sat dejectedly, staring out the window at the trees and buildings whizzing by. How she hated leaving Mum and home, but she knew it was for the best, and she had to be strong for the others. At a loud cry from Lucy, Susan turned her attention back to the cabin.
"Stop it, Ed!" She exclaimed, "Leave Lucy alone. We have to stick together in this, remember?"

"And I'll definitely need books to read." Felicity commented, getting a mental picture of a humongous library, full of books.

"Ugh, that'll be amazing..." said Evelyn. Her mother was a teacher, and had raised her <i>and</i> influenced her cousin to love to read. "Good thing I brought <u>Pride and Prejudice</u>, though. I love that book. And <u>Sense and Sensibility</u>, and poems by Emily Dickenson."
