Calista nodded, her lips tightening at her friend's words. "Gareth should return with more herbs soon, so hopefully they will help your throat," she said softly. "In the meantime, I can see if I have any other herbs that will help your throat," she added as she slowly rose to her feet.

Searching through her drawers, Calista found a possible herb that could alleviate Rosalina's sore throat, at least temporarily. Grabbing the herb, she slowly moved back over to the table to begin crushing it.

"You are welcome," Calista remarked with a gentle smile. "Besides the fact that you are my guest, we are friends, and I can't just ignore and not help you and Darius as much as I can," she added as she still continued to crush the herbs. Once done, she planned to make another brew that would hopefully numb some of the pain in Rosalina's throat.

Calista gave Rosalina a gentle smile at her words. "You are a special woman Rosalina. Your father sounds like a fool for not caring for you," she remarked as she finished crushing the herbs in a bowl before slowly rising and making her way to the pot still over the fire.

"You're welcome," Calista replied softly to Rosalina again. After removing the pot when the extra tea in it, Calista grabbed another pot and poured in some of the fresh water that remained before setting the pot over the fire to boil the water. "The drink should be ready soon," she told her friend as turned toward her and gave her anaother smile.
