Elly turned quickly with a small gasp, not expecting there to be anyone else in the forest. Not recognizing Kafta from earlier, she took a few hesitant steps toward her and noticed the deceptively serious-looking wounds. "Oh, you poor thing!" she gasped, and timidly put out her hand. "Oh, I'll have to run and find Kendra and Karara!"

"No" she moned urgently "the'll kill me" she decided that she would have to remind the child of who she was. "I'm sorry for scaring you earlier, its my way, but i can't stand it any longer, SAW beats me, he hates me. I just want to have freinds, i don't want to be hurt any longer. But i can't...look at what she did to me for just comeing near you." she gave a pitiful moan of pain and rolled slightly

Kendra sighed, and climbed higher into the tree intil she came to the top of the tree. For some reason, or couinsidance, this tree was taller than the rest by maybe six feet. When Kendra saw the landscape about her, she was breathless.
"Wow!" She wispered. In every direction was a different landscape. Were her grandparent's house should have been, there was swampland, and in the opposite direction was a desert, and to her left were mountes. To the right was, what looked like, the ocean. The land around her stretched for miles unto the horizon, but at her grandparents house there were skyscrapers at the horizon, but here there wasn't...

Elly looked distressed. "But I don't know how to help you!" she protested. "I've no idea...Kendra wouldn't kill you, I know she wouldn't, and she could help you better than I can."

Mrug stomped around, tossing more twigs on the fire and mumbling the entire time. Finally he plopped down and said aloud, "Wolves and shadow demons. Where'd they come from anyway?"

"You can help me....i know you can...you didn't come here for no reason....you were ment to....." her eyes flashed "You can help me regain favour with my master!" and with that she sprung into action, throwing one paw over the girls mouth she lept on top of her....holding her other paw to her throught. "Now be very quite or i'l kill you right now...OK?"

Elly's eyes, as big as dinner plates, were horrified and she pushed vainly at Kafta's weight on top of her, unable to make a sound anyway. Mistake! she thought frantically. Elly, you idiot!

Kafta smiled and slowly put more of her waight foreward cutting off Elly'ie air supply

Elly grasped frantically at thin air, her face going very white. "Stop...stop!" she managed to gasp hoarsely, trying desperately to stop Kafta from suffocating her. But her vision slowly went dark and she slumped, motionless, her face very white and still.

kafta smiled and took her paw off Elly's mouth, she listened to her chest...she was still alive. A look of almost guilt crossed her maw, it would have been better for the girl if she had died. She somehow got her onto her back (buffolow wold btw) and cantered back to her master. She looked around and did not see him, andso went to a small anti-chanber almost a cubord and left the girl there. The room was secure. But she sat in there with her to await her master.

Elly stirred and rolled over, moaning a little. Her eyes opened a crack and she shut them hastily, a doozy of a headache beginning in her temples. "Owww..." she groaned, and turned over to squint painfully at Kafta, still not quite awake.

Kendra saw that it was completely dark, and the moon was almost above her head, indicating that it was almost mid-night. She was worried about Elly. Her friend hadn't come back.

Kendra slid down from her tree, and went over to Karara.
"Karara! Wake up! Elly hasn't come back yet!"

Karara's head shot up,

"What? She's not... Karara took in Kendras' words with a low growl, and then stalked off into the bushes, her body low to the ground, and her shoulderblades shooting up each time she took a step. "If I find that little devil of a wolf..."

Leama started when she heard one of the girls was missing. She sniffed the air. Kafta she thought. She had grown used to her scent ever since she had joined SAW. She grabbed her bow and ran towards the source of the scent. She found a patch of woods that was obviously disturbed but she could not tell where Kafta went.

Kata saw the girl awakeing and wached her silently. No emoton flickered through her eyes, this was out of her hands, for better or worse the girl was SAW's now, a slave...in so many ways just like Kafta.
